企辦幼兒園卓越幼兒教師培養(yǎng)模式研究

【摘要】:自2014年10月國家教育部正式頒布“卓越教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”開始,各級教育部門、院校、學(xué)者等不斷進(jìn)行卓越教師培養(yǎng)方面的研究,并相繼提出覆蓋幼兒教師至大學(xué)教師的比較系統(tǒng)的培養(yǎng)體系。但相關(guān)研究更偏重中小學(xué)教師培養(yǎng)體系的構(gòu)建,專門針對卓越幼兒教師培養(yǎng)體系構(gòu)建的理論并不完善,其中各理論在實(shí)際操作中能否收到預(yù)期效果也很少經(jīng)過實(shí)踐論證。本文在吸收和分析國內(nèi)外卓越幼兒教師培養(yǎng)相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,針對我國幼兒教育實(shí)際,特別是針對企辦幼兒園的特殊情況,以包鋼幼教處為例,提出了基于國家、包頭市、企業(yè)“三位一體”共同培養(yǎng)的企辦幼兒園卓越教師培養(yǎng)模式。該模式不但明確了企辦幼兒園卓越教師培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),更詳細(xì)對培養(yǎng)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了論述,最終在結(jié)合各方實(shí)際的基礎(chǔ)上制定了企辦幼兒園卓越幼兒教師評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),使企辦幼兒園在培養(yǎng)卓越幼兒教師時(shí)有方可依、有標(biāo)可對。本文提出的培養(yǎng)模式經(jīng)過在包鋼幼教處的探索和實(shí)踐操作,取得了良好的效果,且具有很強(qiáng)的可操作性,對企辦幼兒園卓越幼兒教師的培養(yǎng)具有從理論到實(shí)踐的可借鑒性。
[Abstract]:Since the National Ministry of Education officially promulgated the "excellent teacher training Plan" in October 2014, education departments at all levels, colleges and universities, scholars, etc., have been conducting research on the training of outstanding teachers. And one after another put forward a relatively systematic training system covering preschool teachers to university teachers. However, the related research is more focused on the construction of primary and secondary school teachers' training system, and the theory is not perfect for the construction of excellent preschool teachers' training system, and the expected effect of each theory in practical operation is seldom proved by practice. On the basis of absorbing and analyzing the relevant research results of the training of outstanding preschool teachers at home and abroad, this paper, aiming at the reality of preschool education in our country, especially the special situation of running kindergartens, takes Baotou Iron & Steel Co., Ltd as an example, and puts forward a proposal based on the country. Baotou City, the enterprise "Trinity" training model of outstanding kindergarten teachers. This model not only clarifies the training goal of outstanding kindergarten teachers, but also discusses the training contents in more detail. Finally, it formulates the evaluation standard of excellent kindergarten teachers on the basis of combining with the actual situation of all parties. So that the kindergarten in the training of excellent preschool teachers can be in accordance with the standards can be right. The training model proposed in this paper has been explored and operated in Baotou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., which has achieved good results and has strong maneuverability. It can be used for reference from theory to practice for the training of outstanding kindergarten teachers.
