【摘要】：依戀是兒童早期社會關(guān)系的重要內(nèi)容,對個體情緒調(diào)節(jié)能力的發(fā)展具有重要影響。文章在歸納大量相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)為依戀對個體情緒調(diào)節(jié)的影響主要體現(xiàn)在:依戀對象是嬰幼兒情緒的“外部組織者”;嬰幼兒在與依戀對象交互作用中學(xué)會情緒調(diào)節(jié);依戀安全性是導(dǎo)致情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略個體差異的重要因素;依戀對象提供身體和情感的安全依賴;嬰幼兒依戀具有情緒動機(jī)功能和促進(jìn)兒童對情緒的理解的功能。依戀的這些功能促進(jìn)了嬰幼兒情緒調(diào)節(jié)能力的發(fā)展。文章還依據(jù)這些心理機(jī)制歸納了對幼兒教育的啟示。
[Abstract]:Attachment is an important part of children's early social relations and has an important influence on the development of individual emotion regulation ability. On the basis of summarizing a large number of related studies, the paper thinks that attachment has an important effect on individual emotion regulation: the object of attachment is the "external organizer" of infant's emotion, the infant learns to regulate emotion in the interaction with attachment object, and the influence of attachment on individual emotion regulation is also discussed in this paper. Attachment security is an important factor leading to individual differences in emotional regulation strategies; attachment objects provide physical and emotional security dependence; infant attachment has the function of emotional motivation and promote children's understanding of emotion. These functions of attachment promote the development of infant emotional regulation ability. The article also induces the enlightenment to the preschool education according to these psychological mechanism.
