【摘要】：基于工作過程導(dǎo)向的課程結(jié)構(gòu),著眼于知識的運(yùn)用。幼兒園班級管理是高職學(xué)前教育專業(yè)必修的職業(yè)能力核心課程。文章從高職幼兒園班級管理課程學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)模式和教學(xué)方法三個(gè)方面,提出基于工作過程的高職幼兒園班級管理課程改革的具體措施,對高職學(xué)前教育專業(yè)核心課程建設(shè)具有一定的啟示作用,有利于帶動整個(gè)學(xué)前教育課程體系適應(yīng)高職教育的發(fā)展需要。
[Abstract]:Based on the work process oriented curriculum structure, focusing on the use of knowledge. Kindergarten class management is the core curriculum of vocational ability of preschool education major in higher vocational education. From three aspects of the study content, teaching mode and teaching method of class management curriculum in higher vocational kindergartens, this paper puts forward some concrete measures for the reform of class management curriculum in higher vocational kindergartens based on working process. It can enlighten the construction of the core curriculum of preschool education in higher vocational education, and it will help to promote the whole curriculum system of preschool education to meet the needs of the development of higher vocational education.
