【摘要】：幼兒教師的親和力是讓孩子倍感親切,樂意親近并接受其教導(dǎo)的力量。親和力作為幼兒園老師的一項(xiàng)基本素質(zhì),要求幼兒園老師對(duì)孩子充滿愛意但不放任和遷就孩子;能正視孩子并對(duì)其抱持適度的期望;善于發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子的美,并平等地贊揚(yáng)每一個(gè)孩子。幼兒教師應(yīng)通過加強(qiáng)自身修養(yǎng),保持包容、謙虛、對(duì)孩子充滿愛意的心境,以及富有親和力的言行方式來提高自己對(duì)孩子的吸引力。
[Abstract]:The affinity of a preschool teacher is to make the child feel friendly and willing to be close to and accept the strength of his teaching. Affinity as a basic quality of a kindergarten teacher requires a kindergarten teacher to be full of love but not to indulge in the child; to face the child and hold moderate expectations; be good at discovering the beauty of the child and equal praise. To promote each child, preschool teachers should improve their attraction to their children by strengthening self-cultivation, keeping tolerance, modesty, loving feelings for their children, and affectionate ways of saying and doing.
