幼兒教師道德評價標準探析

【摘要】:根本標準模糊、具體標準缺位是目前幼兒教師道德評價中存在的突出問題。在我國現(xiàn)階段,幼兒教師道德評價的根本標準是忠于人民教育事業(yè),具體標準是幼兒教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范。明確根本標準的具體涵義、確立依據(jù)和運用方法,制定統(tǒng)一的具體標準即幼兒教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范,是抵制各種錯誤傾向,促使幼兒教師道德評價步入正確軌道,充分發(fā)揮其抑惡揚善積極作用的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:The basic standard is vague and the concrete standard is absent. At the present stage of our country, the basic standard of preschool teachers' moral evaluation is loyal to the cause of people's education, and the concrete standard is the professional ethics standard of preschool teachers. Making clear the concrete meaning of the fundamental standard, establishing the basis and application method, and making the unified concrete standard, namely, the professional ethics standard of preschool teachers, is to resist all kinds of wrong tendencies and promote the moral evaluation of preschool teachers to enter the correct track. Give full play to its positive role in suppressing evil and promoting good.
