【摘要】：NAEYC(全美幼教協(xié)會)是美國最有影響力的民間幼兒教育組織,其在制定幼兒教育質(zhì)量評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、保證各類型幼教機(jī)構(gòu)教育質(zhì)量方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。NAEYC認(rèn)證系統(tǒng)對幼教機(jī)構(gòu)管理者的角色職能、資格要求及認(rèn)證程序進(jìn)行了明確的制度化規(guī)定。其中明確的管理者角色、職能及任職要求,開放、多元的資格認(rèn)證途徑以及嚴(yán)格、靈活的資格認(rèn)證程序等,都對我國幼兒教育體制改革的發(fā)展具有積極啟示作用。
[Abstract]:Nayyc is the most influential non-governmental early childhood education organization in the United States. It is developing standards for evaluating the quality of early childhood education. The NAEYC certification system has a clear and systematic stipulation on the role, function, qualification requirement and certification procedure of the manager of the preschool education institution. The clear roles, functions and requirements of managers, open, pluralistic ways of qualification certification and strict and flexible certification procedures all have positive implications for the development of early childhood education system reform in China.
