【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代,我國教育領(lǐng)域掀起了素質(zhì)教育改革的高潮,各級教育部門都將培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)新時代需求的全面發(fā)展人才作為教育目標(biāo),學(xué)前教育領(lǐng)域也不例外。但由于社會、經(jīng)濟、科研以及人們認(rèn)識和觀念上的局限,導(dǎo)致學(xué)前教育的改革面臨著許多問題與挑戰(zhàn),制約著學(xué)前教育事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。筆者查閱了大量有關(guān)國外學(xué)前教育的資料,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國學(xué)前教育與之相比存在許多不足之處,尤其是在家園合作方面,世界各發(fā)達國家都非常重視幼兒園與家庭教育的合作,強調(diào)幼兒園與家庭的合作共育。同時反觀我國的家園合作工作,在大部分地區(qū)并沒有得到很好地開展�！爸蛔�,然后能自反也�！彼�,筆者希望通過自己的調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn)我們在家園合作方面的不足之處,并提出改進的方法,希望能夠為家園合作工作的順利展開提供有益的借鑒。研究過程中主要使用了文獻法、訪談?wù){(diào)查法、問卷調(diào)查法。通過對搜集到的文獻資料進行整理分析,了解到國外家園合作的主要特點有:一、注重政策法規(guī)導(dǎo)向;二、家園合作方式靈活多樣;三、幼兒園在合作過程中起主導(dǎo)作用;四、家長全方位參與幼兒園教育。而我國從20世紀(jì)50、60年代才開始注意家園合作,到了80年代初期,很多幼兒園在教育實踐中意識到幼兒教育要主動爭取家庭和社會各個方面的支持和配合。從上個世紀(jì)90年代至今,特別是2001年《幼兒園教育指導(dǎo)綱要(試行)》的頒布,家園合作逐漸受到特別重視。對于家園合作的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,筆者對所在城市(石家莊)幼兒園的家園合作工作進行了詳細的調(diào)查研究。通過問卷調(diào)查和訪談?wù){(diào)查,對石家莊市幼兒園家園合作的現(xiàn)狀有了基本的了解,同時也發(fā)現(xiàn)了家園合作中存在的主要問題,例如,家園合作雙方態(tài)度積極但效果差、家園合作形式多樣但表面化、家園合作內(nèi)容片面化、家園合作中家長資源利用不充分等等。針對以上問題,利用所學(xué)知識以及參考查閱到的相關(guān)資料從家園合作的觀念、形式、內(nèi)容等方面提出了相應(yīng)的改進策略。
[Abstract]:In the 1990s, the education field of our country raised the high tide of the quality education reform, all levels of education departments regard it as the education goal to train the all-around development talented person which adapts to the demand of the new era, the preschool education field is no exception. However, due to the limitations of society, economy, scientific research and people's understanding and concept, the reform of preschool education is facing many problems and challenges, which restricts the healthy development of preschool education. The author has consulted a lot of information about preschool education in foreign countries, and found that there are many deficiencies in preschool education in our country, especially in home cooperation, all the developed countries in the world attach great importance to the cooperation between kindergarten and family education. Emphasis is placed on the cooperation between kindergarten and family. At the same time, China's home cooperation work, in most areas have not been well carried out. "know what's wrong, and then you can reverse it." Therefore, the author hopes that through his own investigation and research, we can find out the shortcomings of our home cooperation, and put forward improved methods, hoping to provide useful reference for the smooth development of home cooperation. In the course of the research, mainly used the literature method, the interview investigation method, the questionnaire survey method. Through the collation and analysis of the collected documents, we know that the main characteristics of the cooperation in foreign countries are as follows: first, paying attention to the guidance of policies and regulations; second, flexible and diverse ways of home cooperation; third, kindergartens play a leading role in the cooperation process; fourthly, Parents participate in all aspects of kindergarten education. However, our country began to pay attention to home cooperation only in the 1950s and 1960s. In the early 1980s, many kindergartens realized that preschool education should actively win the support and cooperation of family and society in their educational practice. From the 1990s to the present, especially the promulgation of the guidelines for Kindergarten Education (trial) in 2001, home cooperation has been paid more and more attention. For the present situation and existing problems of home cooperation, the author makes a detailed investigation and study on the home cooperation work in the city (Shijiazhuang) kindergarten. Through questionnaire survey and interview investigation, we have a basic understanding of the status quo of home cooperation in Shijiazhuang city, and also find the main problems in home cooperation, such as the positive attitude of home cooperation but the poor effect. The cooperation of home is diversified but superficial, the content of cooperation is one-sided, and the parents' resources are not fully utilized in the cooperation of home. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies from the concepts, forms and contents of home cooperation by using the knowledge learned and the relevant materials consulted.
