幼兒德育新理念——后現(xiàn)代視野下幼兒園德育實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:后現(xiàn)代思潮是二十世紀(jì)后半葉西方社會(huì)最具影響力的哲學(xué)、文化思潮,是對現(xiàn)代性的反思和檢討。課題組從后現(xiàn)代教育理念的角度反思我國幼兒道德行為的發(fā)生及其教育的機(jī)制,在幼兒園德育目標(biāo)、課程內(nèi)容、方法策略、師生關(guān)系等方面進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,認(rèn)為:幼兒道德行為的發(fā)生有其不以成人意志為轉(zhuǎn)移的客觀規(guī)律,在以“自我”為中心的主旋律中,幼兒德育有許多不同的變奏:重公平優(yōu)于重謙讓;重智慧優(yōu)于重倫理;重實(shí)際優(yōu)于重說教;重感受優(yōu)于重推理。只要教育得法,幼兒的價(jià)值觀、道德觀會(huì)隨著教師的主導(dǎo)價(jià)值發(fā)生改變。在幼兒德育目標(biāo)上,應(yīng)提倡異質(zhì)多元,堅(jiān)持價(jià)值導(dǎo)向;在德育內(nèi)容的篩選上,應(yīng)重視傳統(tǒng)美德的現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)換;在德育方式上,應(yīng)關(guān)注與幼兒生活息息相關(guān)的方法如游戲、辨析、討論、角色模擬、故事新編等;在師生關(guān)系上應(yīng)推廣平等溝通、觀點(diǎn)碰撞、求同存異,從而開辟開放、和諧、自由、高效的幼兒園德育新局面。
[Abstract]:Postmodernism is the most influential philosophy and cultural trend in western society in the second half of the 20th century. It is a reflection and review of modernity. From the point of view of postmodern educational concept, the research group reflects on the occurrence of moral behavior and its educational mechanism in our country, and makes an experimental study on the objectives, curriculum contents, methods and strategies of kindergarten moral education, and the relationship between teachers and students, etc. It is believed that the occurrence of infant moral behavior has its objective law that does not shift with adult will. In the main melody of "self", there are many variations in infant moral education: emphasis on fairness is superior to humility, emphasis on wisdom is superior on ethics; Emphasis on reality is better than on preaching; stress on feeling is better than on reasoning. As long as education is successful, children's values and morality will change with teachers' dominant values. In the goal of infant moral education, we should advocate heterogeneity and diversity, adhere to value orientation, pay attention to the modern transformation of traditional virtues in the selection of moral education contents, and pay attention to the methods closely related to children's life, such as play, discrimination and analysis in the way of moral education. In the relationship between teachers and students, we should promote equal communication, collision of viewpoints, seeking common ground while reserving differences, thus opening up a new situation of open, harmonious, free and efficient moral education in kindergarten.
