【摘要】：本研究采用職業(yè)倦怠問卷、簡易應(yīng)對方式問卷,對63名在某高校參加培訓(xùn)班的幼兒教師進(jìn)行調(diào)查。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示:表明教齡越長,幼兒教師越容易采取消極的應(yīng)對方式;就是否婚配而言,調(diào)查表明未婚教師職業(yè)倦怠情況相對嚴(yán)重,而已婚教師職業(yè)倦怠情況相對較輕;相關(guān)分析表明,幼兒教師越多的采用積極應(yīng)對方式,其越不容易出現(xiàn)職業(yè)倦怠。
[Abstract]:This study investigated 63 preschool teachers who attended a training course in a university by using job burnout questionnaire and simple coping style questionnaire.The results show that the longer the teaching age, the more likely the preschool teachers to adopt the negative coping style, and the results show that the unmarried teachers' job burnout is relatively serious, while the married teachers' job burnout is relatively mild.Correlation analysis shows that the more teachers adopt positive coping style, the less likely they are to appear burnout.
