幼兒園活動中的父親參與不可或缺——基于性別心理學的思考

【摘要】:父親參與幼兒園活動有著不可或缺的重要意義,然而在具體實踐活動中父親參與程度并不高。從性別心理學視角來看,上述現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的原因,首先在于社會對男性的認可更多地取決于其工作角色而非父親角色;其次是家庭中父親的角色往往被定位于經(jīng)濟提供者,而非幼兒教育的直接參與者;第三是男性在幼兒教育中的作用往往被遮蔽。為提高幼兒園活動中父親的參與度應(yīng)努力實現(xiàn)觀念的解放,而幼兒園也應(yīng)采取一些適宜的做法,以扭轉(zhuǎn)男性文化在幼兒教育中的整體淡出局面。
[Abstract]:Father's participation in kindergarten activities is of great importance, but the degree of father's participation is not high in practical activities.From the perspective of gender psychology, the reasons for this phenomenon are, first, that the social recognition of men depends more on their work role than on their father's role; and secondly, that the father's role in the family is often positioned as an economic provider.Third, the role of men in early childhood education is often obscured.In order to improve the participation of fathers in kindergarten activities, we should strive to realize the emancipation of ideas, and some suitable measures should be taken in kindergartens to reverse the overall fading out of male culture in early childhood education.
