【摘要】：專業(yè)倫理建設(shè)是幼兒教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的必然要求,在當(dāng)前的幼兒園教育實(shí)踐中,部分幼兒教師屢屢突破倫理的底線。因此,為重塑幼兒教師專業(yè)倫理,應(yīng)創(chuàng)建富有生命價(jià)值的專業(yè)倫理,建立與幼兒教師專業(yè)倫理相應(yīng)的保障制度,將"專業(yè)"與"服務(wù)"理念寓于幼兒教師專業(yè)倫理教育中,加強(qiáng)幼兒教師專業(yè)團(tuán)體自治,建設(shè)富有人文關(guān)懷的園所環(huán)境,并規(guī)范大眾媒體的輿論報(bào)道。
[Abstract]:The construction of professional ethics is an inevitable requirement for the professional development of preschool teachers. In the current practice of kindergarten education, some preschool teachers frequently break through the bottom line of ethics.Therefore, in order to reshape the professional ethics of preschool teachers, we should create professional ethics with life value, set up a guarantee system corresponding to the professional ethics of preschool teachers, and put the concepts of "specialty" and "service" in the professional ethics education of preschool teachers.To strengthen the autonomy of preschool teachers' professional groups, to build a garden environment full of humanistic care, and to standardize the public opinion reports in the mass media.
