學前教育專業(yè)校本課程中融入職業(yè)情感養(yǎng)成訓練的思考與實踐

【摘要】:當前,幼兒園教師責任、壓力越來越重,但職業(yè)情感卻日益缺失的矛盾突顯,這一方面是因為幼兒教師隊伍流動性大,相當一部分從業(yè)人員對職業(yè)發(fā)展缺少長期規(guī)劃,對從教的艱辛和工作價值沒有足夠的認識;另一方面是因為幼兒教師在重重壓力下職業(yè)情感出現(xiàn)異化,對職業(yè)倦怠感缺乏有效的調(diào)適途徑和方法。這在很大程度上影響了幼兒園的教育教學工作和幼兒教師的個人成長。因此,在幼兒教師選擇學前教育專業(yè)之初對其加強職業(yè)情感的訓練和培養(yǎng)就具有了非常重要的現(xiàn)實意義。作為未來的教育者,學前教育專業(yè)學生在注重專業(yè)學習、技能訓練的同時,更要注重職業(yè)情感的養(yǎng)成。只有這樣,今后才能以極大的熱情投入到教育教學工作中去。
[Abstract]:At present, the responsibility of kindergarten teachers is becoming more and more intense, but the contradiction of professional emotion is increasingly lacking. On the one hand, this is due to the high mobility of kindergarten teachers and the lack of long-term planning for career development among a considerable number of employees. Not enough understanding of the hardships of teaching and the value of work; on the other hand, due to the professional emotional alienation of preschool teachers under heavy pressure, Lack of effective ways and methods to adjust job burnout, which greatly affects the kindergarten education and teaching work and the personal growth of kindergarten teachers. It is of great practical significance for preschool teachers to strengthen their vocational emotional training at the beginning of their choice of preschool education. As future educators, pre-school students pay attention to professional learning and skills training at the same time. We should pay more attention to the formation of professional emotion. Only in this way, can we devote ourselves to the teaching work with great enthusiasm in the future.
