【摘要】：貴州省近幾年來幼兒園數(shù)量的提升帶來教育質(zhì)量的問題。幼兒園教育質(zhì)量的提高直接涉及幼兒園游戲活動(dòng)質(zhì)量的水平。在教育部頒發(fā)的《規(guī)程》《綱要》《指南》等文件中,反復(fù)提到幼兒園應(yīng)該以游戲?yàn)榛净顒?dòng)。游戲是幼兒園的基本活動(dòng),游戲是幼兒的游戲,幼兒園教育質(zhì)量的提高應(yīng)以游戲?yàn)榛净顒?dòng),應(yīng)建立在幼兒的興趣和發(fā)展需要上。然而,貴州省的幼兒園教師是否對(duì)游戲的概念持有正確的認(rèn)識(shí)與態(tài)度,是否具備以游戲?yàn)榛净顒?dòng)的條件,這些都成為本研究的問題和出發(fā)點(diǎn)。因此,本研究隨機(jī)對(duì)貴州省的幼兒園進(jìn)行分層抽樣,采用文獻(xiàn)法、訪談法、問卷法等研究方法,對(duì)貴州省幼兒園游戲的現(xiàn)狀從宏觀的角度出發(fā)進(jìn)行多維度的調(diào)查研究。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)城區(qū)幼兒園的游戲開展條件、教師對(duì)游戲的認(rèn)識(shí)和態(tài)度上都處于較好的狀態(tài);鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)、村級(jí)幼兒園開展游戲的條件以及教師對(duì)游戲的認(rèn)識(shí)和態(tài)度上都存在問題。通過對(duì)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研以及存在問題的分析,結(jié)合理論和實(shí)踐將提出切實(shí)可行的改進(jìn)策略。本文共分為四部分:第一部分是從研究緣起出發(fā),提出研究目的以及研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究意義;相關(guān)概念界定和國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,以及已有研究述評(píng);研究設(shè)計(jì)、過程、方法、對(duì)象。第二部分是通過問卷法和訪談法等了解幼兒園教師對(duì)游戲概念的認(rèn)識(shí),開展游戲的條件等現(xiàn)狀。第三部分是找出幼兒園游戲存在的問題并且對(duì)其進(jìn)行原因分析。第四部分對(duì)幼兒園游戲存在的問題提出具有可行性和有效性的改進(jìn)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The improvement in the number of kindergartens in Guizhou Province in recent years has brought about problems in the quality of education. The improvement of the quality of kindergarten education is directly related to the level of the quality of kindergarten game activities. In the documents issued by the Ministry of Education, such as "guidelines" and "guidelines", It has been repeatedly mentioned that the kindergarten should take the game as the basic activity. The game is the basic activity of the kindergarten, the game is the game of the child, and the improvement of the quality of the kindergarten education should take the game as the basic activity. However, whether the kindergarten teachers in Guizhou province have a correct understanding and attitude towards the concept of play, and whether they have the conditions for taking play as the basic activity, should be based on the interests and development needs of young children. These are the problems and starting points of this study. Therefore, this study randomly sampled kindergartens in Guizhou Province by stratified sampling, using literature method, interview method, questionnaire method and other research methods. The present situation of games in kindergartens in Guizhou Province is investigated from a macro perspective. The investigation shows that the conditions for the development of games in urban kindergartens, teachers' understanding and attitude towards games are in a better state. There are problems in the conditions of developing games in village kindergartens and teachers' understanding and attitude towards games. Through the investigation of the present situation and the analysis of the existing problems, This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is from the origin of the research, put forward the purpose, research content and research significance, the definition of relevant concepts and domestic and foreign research status, The second part is to understand kindergarten teachers' understanding of the concept of game through questionnaire and interview. The third part is to find out the problems existing in kindergarten games and analyze the reasons for them. Part 4th puts forward feasible and effective countermeasures to improve the problems of kindergarten games.
