【摘要】:繪畫是幼兒自我表達的重要方式之一,幼兒通過繪畫表達自己的感受、體驗、經(jīng)驗、情緒情感等。教師自主支持是對幼兒自主性的支持。2012年頒布的《3-6歲兒童學(xué)習與發(fā)展指南》傳遞了一個重要理念,那就是讓幼兒自主學(xué)習。已有的研究證明,學(xué)生的自主性受到教師的支持,能進一步激發(fā)其學(xué)習動機和潛能。繪畫活動中幼兒的自主學(xué)習需要受到教師的支持才能更好地開展。本研究立足實踐,通過在幼兒園觀察繪畫教學(xué)活動中教師自主支持行為,進而分析和討論幼兒園繪畫教學(xué)活動中教師自主支持行為的現(xiàn)狀和特點,得出其影響因素,提出進一步優(yōu)化教師自主支持行為的建議。本研究的研究方法主要是觀察法、訪談法。本研究分為以下幾個部分:第一部分:緒論。這部分主要包括研究緣起、相關(guān)概念的界定、國內(nèi)外研究綜述以及研究的理論和實踐意義。第二部分:研究方案。此部分包括研究目的、研究對象、研究方法及研究工具。第三部分:研究結(jié)果與分析。研究者在對本研究收集到的資料統(tǒng)計與分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對Z幼兒園繪畫教學(xué)活動中十種教師自主支持行為的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析。并分別對不同年齡班、新手型教師和熟練型教師、不同活動過程中教師的自主支持行為進行了比較。第四部分:討論。本部分在研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合研究者的現(xiàn)場觀察和訪談記錄,對教師自主支持行為的本土化研究、Z幼兒園繪畫教學(xué)活動中教師自主支持行為的特點和影響因素進行了討論。第五部分:結(jié)論與建議。本部分研究者就Z幼兒園繪畫教學(xué)活動中教師自主支持行為存在的問題,對幼兒教師、幼兒園管理者、幼兒家長及政府相關(guān)部門提出建議。
[Abstract]:Painting is one of the important ways for children to express themselves. Children express their feelings, experiences and experiences through painting. Emotional and emotional. Teachers' autonomous support is the support for children's autonomy. The research methods of this study are mainly observation method and interview method. This study is divided into the following parts: the first part: introduction. This part mainly includes the origin of the research. The definition of relevant concepts, the theoretical and practical significance of the research at home and abroad. Part two: the research program. This part includes the purpose of the study, the object of the study, Research methods and tools. Part three: research results and analysis. Based on the statistics and analysis of the data collected in this study, This paper analyzes the present situation of ten kinds of teachers' self-supporting behaviors in the drawing teaching activities of Z kindergarten, and analyzes the different age classes, novice teachers and skilled teachers, respectively. This part compares teachers' autonomous support behavior in different activities. Part 4th: discussion. Based on the research results, this part combines the field observation and interview records of the researchers. The characteristics and influencing factors of Teachers' Autonomous support behavior in drawing Teaching activities in Z Kindergarten. Part 5th: conclusions and suggestions. The problems existing in teachers' autonomous support behavior in painting teaching activities, Make suggestions to kindergarten teachers, kindergarten managers, parents and government departments.
