【摘要】：園本教研作為一種自下而上的新型教研機(jī)制,特別強(qiáng)調(diào)教師的主動(dòng)參與以及管理者自上而下所提供的管理支持機(jī)制。而目前的園本教研在上述兩方面都存在嚴(yán)重問題,因此,有必要對(duì)以往傳統(tǒng)的園本教研管理進(jìn)行改革,以此促進(jìn)教師的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)。如可以通過實(shí)行教研積分制、年級(jí)組長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)制、教師分層培養(yǎng)制等完善教研管理制度,為教師成長(zhǎng)營(yíng)造良好的環(huán)境;通過開展以案例分析為載體的教研活動(dòng),改變傳統(tǒng)觀摩課的基本范式,建構(gòu)多層面、多形式的立體交叉型教研模式,轉(zhuǎn)變教師的教研管理和執(zhí)行觀念,提升教師的教研理念與教研能力。
[Abstract]:As a new bottom-up teaching and research mechanism, garden based teaching and research emphasizes the active participation of teachers and the management support mechanism provided by managers from top to bottom. It is necessary to reform the traditional teaching and research management in order to promote teachers' professional growth. To create a good environment for teachers' growth, to change the basic paradigm of traditional observation courses and to construct a multi-level and multi-form intersecting teaching and research model by carrying out teaching and research activities with case analysis as the carrier. Change teachers' teaching and research management and implementation concept, improve teachers' teaching and research concept and research ability.
