洛陽市洛龍區(qū)幼兒園體育活動開展現(xiàn)狀與調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:一個國家的崛起,一個民族的興衰往往與國民素質(zhì)有著密切的關(guān)系,而國民素質(zhì)被教學(xué)水平所約束,教學(xué)水平高低和學(xué)前教育事業(yè)發(fā)展有著十分緊密關(guān)系。隨著當(dāng)前國內(nèi)教學(xué)水平得不斷提升,幼兒教育也逐漸成為基礎(chǔ)教學(xué)里最基本的部分,發(fā)展也獲得了很大進(jìn)步,同時被很多有關(guān)教學(xué)研究者所關(guān)注。幼兒教育內(nèi)容不斷全面,種類也是不斷增多,其正朝著更為合理、有效、全面、個性的方向邁進(jìn)。幼兒體育運(yùn)動對幼兒具有重要作用,幼兒體育活動的開展與達(dá)到的效果也是評估一所幼兒園的一項重要參考依據(jù)。本研究是以河南省洛陽市洛龍區(qū)幼兒園體育活動開展?fàn)顩r當(dāng)作研究對象,將洛龍區(qū)龍錦幼兒園、洛龍區(qū)實驗幼兒園、洛龍區(qū)藝術(shù)幼兒園、盛唐至尊幼兒園、黎明化工院附屬幼兒園、河科大附屬幼兒園等為調(diào)查對象,共十五所幼兒園,十五個園長,六十位老師,一百二十位家長,借助于訪談法、調(diào)查法等辦法,將洛龍區(qū)幼兒老師的基本狀況,園長、老師還有家長對體育的了解情況,該地區(qū)幼兒體育實施狀況和影響因子作為此次研究主要內(nèi)容。助于調(diào)查與對結(jié)果的研究獲得下面一些結(jié)論與意見:1.洛陽市洛龍區(qū)幼兒園老師的年齡呈現(xiàn)出不斷年輕的態(tài)勢,男女比例十分不合理;2.洛龍區(qū)幼兒園老師普遍有著一定知識水平,但有關(guān)體育方面理論知識相對匱乏,動作技術(shù)較差;3.洛龍區(qū)幼兒園老師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)孩子參加體育項目形式內(nèi)容較為單一,造成體育內(nèi)容缺少新意;4.幼兒園室外場地和體育器材基本能夠滿足幼兒的運(yùn)動需求,但室內(nèi)場地比較少;5.幼兒園小朋友安全因素成為幼兒園開展體育活動的阻礙。通過對以上問題的分析,得出以下建議:1.為了可以很好的預(yù)防人才流失,國家還有各個區(qū)域政府都必須設(shè)定對應(yīng)的政策,依據(jù)當(dāng)前具體狀況提供相應(yīng)的福利待遇來吸收引進(jìn)人才,保證人才的質(zhì)量和穩(wěn)定性;2.定期開展相關(guān)培訓(xùn)、考核等活動,不斷加強(qiáng)幼兒教師的體育專業(yè)素質(zhì)的提升;3.不斷加強(qiáng)洛龍區(qū)甚至洛陽市各個幼兒園之間的學(xué)習(xí)溝通交流,借鑒別的幼兒園的成功經(jīng)驗,參考對方教學(xué)經(jīng)驗與辦法,建立良好的“姐妹園”;4.對于幼兒園的體育場地設(shè)施與體育器械的具體要求和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),幼兒園應(yīng)盡量的給予滿足;5.幼兒園也能夠定時給家長組織一些有關(guān)體育上的訓(xùn)練,從而可以有效提升家長對這方面的了解,老師和家長都需要創(chuàng)建一個良好的交流關(guān)系,就孩子的健康成長需要開展一些及時的信息溝通,要讓家長那些因為擔(dān)心安全事件的出現(xiàn)而不讓孩子參加體育運(yùn)動的不好思想。
[Abstract]:The rise of a country and the rise and fall of a nation are often closely related to the quality of the people, and the quality of the people is constrained by the level of teaching. The level of teaching is closely related to the development of preschool education. With the continuous improvement of the current domestic teaching level, early childhood education has gradually become the most basic part of basic teaching, and its development has also made great progress. At the same time, it has been concerned by many related teaching researchers. The content of early childhood education is constantly comprehensive and the variety is increasing, and it is moving towards a more reasonable, effective, comprehensive and individual direction. The development and effect of preschool sports activities is also an important reference basis for evaluating a kindergarten. This study takes Luoluong District Kindergarten of Luoyang City, Henan Province as the research object, and takes Longjin Kindergarten in Luolong District as the research object. The experimental kindergarten in Luolong District, the Art Kindergarten in Luolong District, the Supreme Kindergarten in prosperous Tang Dynasty, the affiliated Kindergarten in Dawn Chemical Institute and the affiliated Kindergarten in he Science and Technology University were investigated. A total of 15 kindergartens, 15 heads of kindergartens, 60 teachers, etc. 120 parents, with the help of interviews and investigation methods, put forward the basic situation of the kindergarten teachers in Luolong District, and the understanding of the school directors, teachers and parents about physical education. The implementation status and influencing factors of preschool physical education in this area are the main contents of this study. With the help of the investigation and the research on the results, some conclusions and opinions are obtained as follows: 1.The age of kindergarten teachers in Luoluong District of Luoyang City shows a trend of continuous youth. 2. Teachers of kindergartens in Luolong District generally have a certain level of knowledge, but the theoretical knowledge of physical education is relatively lacking. 3. The teachers of Luolong District kindergarten lead their children to participate in sports events in the form of a single content, resulting in the lack of new sports content. 4. Kindergarten outdoor venues and sports equipment can basically meet the sports needs of young children. However, there are fewer indoor venues. The safety factor of kindergarten children becomes an obstacle to the development of sports activities in kindergartens. Based on the analysis of the above problems, the following suggestions are drawn: 1. In order to prevent brain drain, The state as well as the governments of various regions must set up corresponding policies, provide the corresponding welfare treatment according to the current specific conditions to absorb the talents and ensure the quality and stability of the talents. 2. Carry out regular activities such as related training, assessment, etc. 3. Strengthen the communication of learning and communication among the kindergartens in Luolong District and even Luoyang City, learn from the successful experience of other kindergartens, and refer to the teaching experience and methods of the other kindergarten. To establish a good "sister garden" 4. For the specific requirements and standards of sports facilities and equipment in kindergartens, kindergartens should try their best to meet the needs of the kindergarten. Kindergarten can also regularly organize some sports training for parents. In order to effectively enhance parents' understanding of this aspect, both teachers and parents need to create a good communication relationship and carry out some timely information communication on the healthy growth of their children. Let parents not allow their children to participate in sports for fear of safety incidents.
