【摘要】：新加坡“早期兒童發(fā)展培訓(xùn)者培訓(xùn)”是由新加坡政府發(fā)起、面向發(fā)展中國(guó)家的一個(gè)學(xué)前教育師資培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目。新加坡培訓(xùn)方在實(shí)施這個(gè)項(xiàng)目時(shí),注重從受訓(xùn)者的需要出發(fā),制定具有針對(duì)性的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃;注重采取適合成人學(xué)習(xí)的方式,引導(dǎo)受訓(xùn)者主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí);注重營(yíng)造平等和相互尊重的培訓(xùn)氛圍,讓每個(gè)受訓(xùn)者積極參與;注重發(fā)揮培訓(xùn)者作為引導(dǎo)者、協(xié)調(diào)者和促進(jìn)者的角色和作用;注重創(chuàng)設(shè)材料豐富而靈活多變的培訓(xùn)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Singapore's "early Childhood Development Trainers training" is a pre-school teacher training project for developing countries initiated by the Government of Singapore.
