【摘要】：教師是教育事業(yè)改革與發(fā)展的最終決定力量,實(shí)現(xiàn)幼兒教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展,其關(guān)鍵在于提升幼兒教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)水平。在現(xiàn)代教育體系下,教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展的路徑是多元的,但是,教師工作的性質(zhì)決定了教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)本質(zhì)上是一種實(shí)踐性的成長(zhǎng),依此,探索基于教育教學(xué)實(shí)踐的教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)方式應(yīng)該成為促進(jìn)幼兒教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展的理性選擇。本論文試圖通過(guò)一種源自新西蘭的新型的兒童學(xué)習(xí)評(píng)價(jià)體系——“學(xué)習(xí)故事”的引介和應(yīng)用,探索通過(guò)這一評(píng)價(jià)模式促進(jìn)幼兒教師在正確的價(jià)值觀(guān)引領(lǐng)下更為科學(xué)地觀(guān)察了解幼兒的學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)的相關(guān)策略,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)基于教育教學(xué)實(shí)踐的幼兒教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的相關(guān)路徑。論文共分為五個(gè)部分：第一部分主要是研究的基本介紹,闡明了論文研究命題的提出是基于實(shí)現(xiàn)幼兒可持續(xù)發(fā)展的思考,是基于促進(jìn)幼兒教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的思考,是基于改善本市幼兒教育實(shí)踐的思考。同時(shí)這一部分對(duì)本論文的核心概念、研究思路等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了明確；第二部分主要是國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于本論文相關(guān)問(wèn)題的研究綜述,筆者通過(guò)綜述進(jìn)一步明確了本論文寫(xiě)作的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新之處；第三部分主要是對(duì)S市幼兒教師的觀(guān)察意識(shí)、觀(guān)察方法和觀(guān)察能力等進(jìn)行實(shí)證調(diào)查分析,通過(guò)調(diào)查明確了幼兒教師在觀(guān)察幼兒活動(dòng)過(guò)程中普遍存在的主動(dòng)觀(guān)察的意識(shí)不夠、科學(xué)觀(guān)察的方法掌握不夠、觀(guān)察的目的性不突出、有效利用觀(guān)察信息的能力欠缺等相關(guān)問(wèn)題；第四部分主要結(jié)合S市目前正在進(jìn)行的幼兒園個(gè)別化學(xué)習(xí)區(qū)角活動(dòng)研究項(xiàng)目,通過(guò)明確學(xué)習(xí)故事對(duì)改進(jìn)教師觀(guān)察行為的基本價(jià)值,明確學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)各維度的發(fā)展要點(diǎn)及行為描述,明確撰寫(xiě)學(xué)習(xí)故事的基本原則,引導(dǎo)教師有意識(shí)地進(jìn)行反思,形成幼兒學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)觀(guān)察記錄表,發(fā)揮團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的優(yōu)勢(shì)等六個(gè)方面,對(duì)通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)故事提升教師觀(guān)察幼兒學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)能力的相關(guān)措施進(jìn)行了闡述；第五部分主要是對(duì)通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)故事提升教師觀(guān)察幼兒學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)能力的實(shí)踐成效進(jìn)行總結(jié),并據(jù)此對(duì)論文的下一步研究方向進(jìn)行了明確。
[Abstract]:Teachers are the ultimate determinants of the reform and development of education. The key to achieve the sustainable development and high quality development of early childhood education lies in improving the professional level of preschool teachers. The path of teacher's professional development is diverse, but the nature of teacher's work determines that teacher's professional growth is essentially a kind of practical growth. Exploring teachers' professional growth mode based on educational practice should be a rational choice to promote the professional development of preschool teachers. This paper attempts to use a new learning evaluation system from New Zealand-"Learning Story". "the introduction and application of. To explore the strategies to promote the teachers' understanding of children's learning quality more scientifically under the guidance of correct values through this evaluation model. The thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is the basic introduction of the research. It is explained that the proposition of the thesis is based on the thinking of realizing the sustainable development of children and the thinking of promoting the professional growth of preschool teachers. It is based on improving the practice of early childhood education in this city. At the same time, this part of the core concept of this paper, research ideas and other issues are clear; the second part is mainly about the domestic and foreign research on the related issues of this paper. The author further clarifies the starting point and innovation of the writing of this thesis through the summary. The third part is mainly to carry on the empirical investigation and analysis to the observation consciousness, the observation method and the observation ability of the preschool teachers in S city. Through the investigation, it is clear that the awareness of active observation is not enough, the methods of scientific observation are not enough, the purpose of observation is not prominent, and the ability of effective use of observation information is deficient. The 4th part is mainly combined with the research project of corner activities in kindergarten individualized learning area, which is currently being carried out in S city. By defining the basic value of learning stories to improve teachers' observation behavior, the main points of development and behavior description of each dimension of learning quality are clarified. Defining the basic principles of writing learning stories, guiding teachers to consciously reflect on them, forming an observation record sheet for children's learning quality, giving full play to the advantages of teamwork, and so on. This paper expounds the relevant measures to improve the ability of teachers to observe children's learning quality through learning stories. Part 5th summarizes the practical results of improving teachers' ability to observe children's learning quality through learning stories. Based on this, the next research direction of the thesis is made clear.
