【摘要】：重視0-3歲嬰幼兒的教育,是當(dāng)前世界教育改革的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)之一。0-3歲早期教育作為個(gè)體一生發(fā)展的奠基階段,它對(duì)基礎(chǔ)教育的發(fā)展,對(duì)國(guó)民素質(zhì)的提高,對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,對(duì)消除貧困、縮小不利人群和主流社會(huì)的差距,乃至提升綜合國(guó)力都具有非常重要的積極作用。美國(guó)政府已經(jīng)把早期教育視為國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的一項(xiàng)內(nèi)容。本研究以《0-3歲早期學(xué)習(xí)指南》為切入點(diǎn),以美國(guó)伊利諾伊州為例,試圖挖掘美國(guó)在提升早期教育質(zhì)量方面的可取之處,為完善我國(guó)0-3歲早期教育提供啟示。本研究分為五個(gè)部分:第一部分是美國(guó)伊利諾伊州《0-3歲早期學(xué)習(xí)指南》的制定背景。主要從早期教育科學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域的進(jìn)展、美國(guó)聯(lián)邦政府促進(jìn)早期教育發(fā)展的政策措施以及伊利諾伊州加強(qiáng)幼兒教育服務(wù)體系的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求三個(gè)方面出發(fā),探求伊利諾伊州早期學(xué)習(xí)指南的產(chǎn)生淵源。第二部分是美國(guó)伊利諾伊州《0-3歲早期學(xué)習(xí)指南》的主要內(nèi)容。包括《指南》的制定原則以及涵蓋領(lǐng)域兩個(gè)方面,伊州《指南》涵蓋以下六大領(lǐng)域,分別是:自我調(diào)節(jié)、情緒和社會(huì)性發(fā)展、健康和身體發(fā)展、學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)、語(yǔ)言發(fā)展和交流、認(rèn)知發(fā)展。第三部分是美國(guó)伊利諾伊州《0-3歲早期學(xué)習(xí)指南》的主要特征。從《指南》制定遵循的價(jià)值取向、內(nèi)容特征以及結(jié)構(gòu)特征三方面展開(kāi)分析和論述,進(jìn)而說(shuō)明了《指南》具有結(jié)構(gòu)上系統(tǒng)連貫的特點(diǎn)、價(jià)值取向上注重幼兒本位以及教養(yǎng)實(shí)踐的適宜性、內(nèi)容呈現(xiàn)全面性和針對(duì)性相統(tǒng)一的特征。第四部分是美國(guó)伊利諾伊州《0-3歲早期學(xué)習(xí)指南》的影響。本部分重在說(shuō)明《指南》對(duì)伊州早期教育的積極作用,主要體現(xiàn)在:為伊州0-3歲早期教育提供了豐富資源;提高了伊州0-3歲早期教育師資水平;促進(jìn)了家長(zhǎng)、教師及研究者的有效合作。第五部分是美國(guó)伊利諾伊州《0-3歲早期學(xué)習(xí)指南》對(duì)我國(guó)的啟示。將伊州《指南》可以為我國(guó)提供的借鑒作為研究的落腳點(diǎn),通過(guò)分析伊州提高早期教育的措施和《指南》的可取之處,并結(jié)合我國(guó)早期教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,認(rèn)為我國(guó)應(yīng)該在價(jià)值觀念、行為規(guī)范、組織系統(tǒng)和物質(zhì)支撐等四個(gè)方面來(lái)進(jìn)一步提高0-3歲早期教育的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Paying attention to the education of children aged 0-3 years is one of the development trends of education reform in the world at present. The early education of 0-3 years old is the foundation stage of the development of individual life, and it is the development of basic education. The improvement of national quality, the development of social economy, the elimination of poverty, and the narrowing of the gap between unfavorable people and mainstream society. The U. S. government has regarded early education as a part of international competition. This study is based on the "0-3 year old early Learning Guide" as a starting point. Take Illinois as an example, trying to tap into the desirability of improving the quality of early education in the United States. This study is divided into five parts:. The first part is the background of the early Learning Guide from 0-3 years of age in Illinois, USA. The United States Federal Government's policy measures to promote the development of early education and the actual needs of Illinois to strengthen the early childhood education service system proceed from three aspects. To explore the origin of the early learning guide in Illinois. The second part is the main contents of the guide for early learning in Illinois, USA. . The Illinois guidelines cover six broad areas: self-regulation, emotional and social development, health and physical development, learning quality, language development, and communication. Cognitive development. The third part is the main features of the early Learning Guide from 0-3 years of age in Illinois, USA. The content features and structural features are analyzed and discussed, which shows that the Guide has the characteristics of systematic and coherent structure, and the orientation of value pays attention to the suitability of infant standard and upbringing practice. Part 4th is the influence of the early Learning Guide of 0-3 years in Illinois, USA. This part focuses on the positive effect of the Guide on early Education in Illinois. Mainly reflected in: provide rich resources for the early education of 0-3 years of age in Illinois; Improved the level of teachers in the early stages of education in the State of Iraq, aged 0-3 years; Promoted parents. The effective cooperation between teachers and researchers. 5th part is the inspiration to our country from the early Learning Guide of the State of Illinois, 0-3 years old. The reference of the State of Illinois can be used for reference in our country as the foothold of the research. Through analyzing the measures of improving early education in Illinois and the merits of "Guide", and combining with the present situation of early education in China, the author thinks that our country should be in the value concept, the behavior standard. Organizational system and material support are four aspects to further improve the quality of 0-3-year-old early education.
