【摘要】:對(duì)于嬰幼兒來(lái)說(shuō),培養(yǎng)良好的運(yùn)動(dòng)意識(shí)是嬰幼兒形成良好行為方式、保持健康身體的首要前提條件。嬰幼兒參與健身活動(dòng)是人社會(huì)化、全面化、綜合化發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。目前,我國(guó)在健身這一行為之中,還沒(méi)有真正意識(shí)到健身是從嬰幼兒階段開始的,只是片面的認(rèn)為健身是從成人開始的,而忽視了健身應(yīng)從“頭”即嬰幼兒開始抓起。同時(shí)還有部分人片面的認(rèn)為學(xué)校是嬰幼兒參與健身的最主要場(chǎng)所,在一定程度上忽視了影響嬰幼兒參與健身中家庭、社會(huì)的作用。一個(gè)人的社會(huì)化過(guò)程,家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)都扮演著重要的角色,肩負(fù)著神圣的使命,只有為嬰幼兒創(chuàng)造完美的環(huán)境,才能促進(jìn)其健康全面的發(fā)展。健身作為嬰幼兒健康生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的關(guān)鍵因素之一,有著舉足輕重的作用。加強(qiáng)嬰幼兒健身的研究,對(duì)于推動(dòng)家庭健身的發(fā)展,緩解家庭和社會(huì)壓力,豐富嬰幼兒學(xué)校生活具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文主要運(yùn)用社會(huì)學(xué)、家庭社會(huì)學(xué)、體育社會(huì)學(xué)、嬰幼兒生理學(xué)、心理學(xué)、教育學(xué)、邏輯學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等方面的科學(xué)原理,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法對(duì)武漢市嬰幼兒參與健身活動(dòng)的觀念、情況、活動(dòng)內(nèi)容、活動(dòng)時(shí)間、活動(dòng)頻率、活動(dòng)地點(diǎn)、活動(dòng)方式、參與動(dòng)機(jī)、參與目的、影響因素等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,研究結(jié)果顯示:武漢市嬰幼兒參與健身活動(dòng)受家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)三方面的影響。家庭方面,武漢市家庭結(jié)構(gòu)主要以核心家庭為主,其組織活動(dòng)的主要目的是鍛煉孩子各種能力,并受家庭的經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、職業(yè)狀況、家長(zhǎng)對(duì)嬰幼兒健身參與的態(tài)度、教育制度和家長(zhǎng)的教育子女的觀念的影響。在活動(dòng)時(shí)間方面,武漢市嬰幼兒家庭體育活動(dòng)時(shí)間和頻率大都集中在每星期兩次,每次的鍛煉時(shí)間30—60分鐘左右。在活動(dòng)內(nèi)容方面,家庭體育的內(nèi)容都比較具有趣味性,運(yùn)動(dòng)方式各有所長(zhǎng),主要是以?shī)蕵?lè)身心,休閑等一類為主,競(jìng)技性不強(qiáng)。在場(chǎng)地選擇方面,主要在家庭附近,少部分家庭會(huì)選擇付費(fèi)去健身場(chǎng)所進(jìn)行家庭體育鍛煉,其活動(dòng)空間的選擇性不是很強(qiáng),但存在極大的發(fā)展空間。學(xué)校方面,師資力量是影響嬰幼兒參與健身活動(dòng)的主要因素,其他影響因素還包括學(xué)校的場(chǎng)地、器材等。本文針對(duì)嬰幼兒健身現(xiàn)存主要的問(wèn)題,分別從家庭、幼兒園、社會(huì)三個(gè)方面提出了具體措施如下:家庭要重視嬰幼兒參與健身活動(dòng),完善家庭體育;幼兒園應(yīng)合理安排教學(xué)內(nèi)容、組織形式、教學(xué)目標(biāo),并處理好三者之間的關(guān)系,加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè);社會(huì)應(yīng)規(guī)范組織建設(shè),完善早教機(jī)構(gòu)和醫(yī)院;最后給出建議性的指導(dǎo)健身方案。本研究無(wú)論是對(duì)嬰幼兒全面健康發(fā)展問(wèn)題,還是對(duì)終身體育意識(shí)形成的問(wèn)題,都具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。此研究將填補(bǔ)嬰幼兒參與健身活動(dòng)上的不足,為嬰幼兒能更好的參與健身活動(dòng)提供可借鑒的范例。
[Abstract]:For infants and young children, training good sports awareness is the first prerequisite for infants to form good behavior and maintain healthy body. Infant participation in fitness activities is the socialization of people, comprehensive. Comprehensive development of the foundation. At present, our country in the fitness this behavior, has not really realized that the fitness starts from the infant stage, only one-sidedly thinks that the fitness starts from the adult. The neglect of fitness should start from the "head", that is, infants and young children. At the same time, some people unilaterally believe that the school is the most important place for infants to participate in fitness. To a certain extent, it ignores the influence on the role of the family and society in the exercise of infants and children. A person's socialization process, family, school and society all play an important role and shoulder the sacred mission. Only by creating perfect environment for infants can we promote their healthy and comprehensive development. As one of the key factors of healthy growth and development of infants, fitness plays an important role. For promoting the development of family fitness, relieving family and social pressure, enriching infant school life has important practical significance. This paper mainly uses sociology, family sociology, sports sociology, infant physiology. Psychology, education, logic, statistics and other aspects of scientific principles, the use of questionnaire survey of the concept, situation, activity content, activity time, activity frequency. Activity location, activity mode, participation motivation, participation purpose, influencing factors and other aspects of the investigation and research, the results show that: Wuhan City infants to participate in fitness activities by families, schools. The family structure of Wuhan is mainly nuclear family, the main purpose of its organization is to train children's various abilities, and to be affected by the family's economic situation and professional status. Parents' attitude towards infant fitness participation, educational system and parents' concept of educating their children. In terms of activity time, the time and frequency of family sports activities for infants and young children in Wuhan are mostly concentrated twice a week. Each exercise time 30-60 minutes. In the content of activities, the content of family sports are more interesting, sports methods have their own strengths, mainly to entertainment, leisure and so on. In the field selection, mainly near the family, a small number of families will choose to pay to go to the fitness place for family physical exercise, its activity space is not very selective. But there is a great space for development. On the school side, teachers are the main factors that affect the participation of infants and young children in fitness activities, and other influencing factors include the school site. According to the existing main problems of infant fitness, this paper puts forward specific measures from three aspects of family, kindergarten and society: families should attach importance to the participation of infants in fitness activities, improve family sports; The kindergarten should arrange the teaching content, organization form, teaching goal, deal with the relationship between them, and strengthen the construction of the teaching staff. The society should standardize the construction of the organization and improve the early education institutions and hospitals; In the end, the author gives the suggestion to guide the fitness program. This study is not only for the healthy development of infants and young children, but also for the formation of lifelong sports consciousness. This study will fill the deficiency of infant participation in fitness activities, and provide a reference example for infants to participate in fitness activities.
