【摘要】：隨著幼兒園體制改革的不斷深入,教師隊伍的穩(wěn)定成為改制幼兒園發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,本文依據(jù)改制幼兒園的體制特點,試從幼兒園及教師兩個側(cè)面探討通過建設(shè)高水平的組織承諾,確保教師隊伍的穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of the kindergarten, the stability of teachers has become a key reform kindergarten development system, based on characteristics of the restructuring of the kindergarten, try to discuss through the construction of the high level of organizational commitment from the two aspects of kindergarten and teachers, and ensure the development of teachers.

【正文快照】： 改制幼兒園聘任制的真正實施為教師和幼兒園的雙向選擇提供了條件。靈活的用人機制固然是一個組織所竭力追求的,但對教育而言,教師的頻繁流動不但會打亂幼兒園正常的教學(xué)秩序,影響幼兒園的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,還可能對幼兒的心理和情感發(fā)展造成一定的傷害,進而使幼兒園無法形成一個穩(wěn)定
