【摘要】：美國"開端計劃"(Head Start Project)項目旨在保障貧困家庭兒童的受教育權,解決教育資源分配不均衡的問題。目前,我國也處于經濟高速發(fā)展的時期,同樣也面臨著教育資源分配不均的困境,特別體現(xiàn)在學前教育資源分配問題上。本文就分析美國"開端計劃"成功實施的措施和經驗,對比我國學前教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出自己的建議,旨在探索出我國學前教育發(fā)展的新思路、新方法。
[Abstract]:The Head Start Project project aims to ensure the right to education for children in poor families and to solve the problem of unbalanced distribution of educational resources. At present, China is also in the period of rapid economic development. It is also facing the dilemma of uneven distribution of educational resources, especially in preschool education resources allocation. This paper analyzes the successful implementation measures and experience of the US "start plan", compares the development status of preschool education in China, and puts forward its own proposals, aiming at exploring new ideas and new ways for the development of preschool education in China.
