河南省中職院校人才培養(yǎng)特色研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段教育發(fā)展的重要目標(biāo)是普及高中階段教育。河南省主要是通過發(fā)展中職教育的途徑完成這一重大目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),由于河南省受人口發(fā)展因素和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展因素的影響,一方面目前河南省中職院校的招生規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大、在校生數(shù)逐年增長(zhǎng);另一方面現(xiàn)階段河南省中職院校人才培養(yǎng)特色并沒有凸顯出來(lái),人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量明顯與社會(huì)的實(shí)際需求相差懸殊;這種現(xiàn)象的存在必然會(huì)導(dǎo)致中職院校在招生數(shù)量與培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量間的失衡,必然會(huì)影響到中職教育的發(fā)展。質(zhì)量是中職教育發(fā)展的生命,特色是中職教育發(fā)展的源動(dòng)力,人才培養(yǎng)特色建設(shè)是中職院校提高教育質(zhì)量,豐富中職教育內(nèi)涵,發(fā)展中職教育特色的關(guān)鍵,也是培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)中等技能型人才的根本保證。一直以來(lái),加強(qiáng)中職院校特色內(nèi)涵建設(shè)是我們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010—2020)》中再度把加強(qiáng)職業(yè)教育特色校建設(shè)予以強(qiáng)調(diào),足以說明目前我國(guó)職業(yè)院校特色建設(shè)的重要性。而當(dāng)前河南正處于發(fā)展中職教育的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,人才培養(yǎng)特色作為中職院校特色建設(shè)的主要內(nèi)容,更應(yīng)當(dāng)成為我省當(dāng)前中職教育研究的重要課題之一。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、問卷調(diào)查法和訪談研究法,以河南省五所中職院校為研究對(duì)象,開展我省中職院校人才培養(yǎng)特色的建設(shè)研究。首先,從中職院校人才培養(yǎng)特色的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義出發(fā),論證加強(qiáng)中職院校人才培養(yǎng)特色建設(shè)的迫切性。中職院校人才培養(yǎng)特色建設(shè)既是中職生全面發(fā)展的需要,中職院校自身發(fā)展的需要,也是中職教育適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要。其次,全面系統(tǒng)地對(duì)中職院校人才培養(yǎng)特色的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了解讀。主要對(duì)體現(xiàn)中職院校人才培養(yǎng)特色的六個(gè)方面—人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)特色、課程特色、教學(xué)特色、“雙師型”教師特色、人文教育特色和創(chuàng)業(yè)教育特色的內(nèi)涵做出探析和釋義。第三,結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查、訪談的第一手資料,對(duì)河南省五所中職院校人才培養(yǎng)特色的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題及成因進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析。通過調(diào)查分析,不難發(fā)現(xiàn),河南省中職院校人才培養(yǎng)特色建設(shè)中主要存在以下問題:人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)不夠準(zhǔn)確;課程建設(shè)不夠合理,課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)較泛化,與實(shí)際需求脫節(jié),,課程內(nèi)容交叉重復(fù)多等;教學(xué)內(nèi)容滯后,教學(xué)方法陳舊,實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)設(shè)備和場(chǎng)地不足,實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備差、技術(shù)落后問題比較嚴(yán)重;“雙師型”教師短缺,師資力量薄弱,教師教學(xué)任務(wù)重,教師結(jié)構(gòu)不合理現(xiàn)象突出;對(duì)學(xué)生的人文教育不夠重視,學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)差;創(chuàng)業(yè)教育基礎(chǔ)薄弱,創(chuàng)業(yè)勁力不足。第四,簡(jiǎn)單介紹國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家中職人才培養(yǎng)的特色。如,德國(guó)、澳大利亞、英國(guó)中職院校人才培養(yǎng)特色的比較,總結(jié)了國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在人才培養(yǎng)特色上所采取的措施,諸如培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)以職業(yè)能力為本位、注重實(shí)踐教學(xué)、注重校內(nèi)外教育資源的整合、重視學(xué)校與企業(yè)的溝通、充分發(fā)揮行業(yè)主導(dǎo)作用、采用資格認(rèn)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以確保人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量等措施,以資借鑒。最后,針對(duì)河南省中職院校人才培養(yǎng)特色建設(shè)中存在的主要問題,從中職院校人才培養(yǎng)特色建設(shè)的外部強(qiáng)化和內(nèi)部提升兩大方面,系統(tǒng)地闡述了中職院校人才培養(yǎng)特色建設(shè)的思路和建議。
[Abstract]:The important goal of the current education development in China is to popularize the high school stage education. The main part of Henan province is to achieve this important goal through the way of developing middle-grade education, because of the influence of the population development factor and the economic development factor of Henan province, on the one hand, the enrollment scale of the secondary vocational college in Henan province is expanding, and the number of students is increasing year by year; On the other hand, the characteristics of the talent cultivation in the middle-and-secondary schools in Henan province are not obvious, the quality of the personnel training is obviously different from the actual demand of the society, the existence of this phenomenon will inevitably lead to the imbalance between the number of enrollment and the quality of the cultivation of the secondary vocational colleges, The development of medium-level education is bound to be affected. The quality is the life of the development of middle-grade education. The characteristic is the motive force of the development of medium-grade education. The construction of the characteristic of the personnel training is the key to the improvement of the quality of education, the connotation of the middle-grade education, the development of the characteristics of the middle-grade education, and the fundamental guarantee for cultivating the high-quality and medium-quality talents. Since the long time, strengthening the construction of the characteristic connotation of the secondary vocational college is the focus of our attention, once again, the emphasis on strengthening the construction of the vocational education characteristic school is sufficient to explain the importance of the characteristic construction of the vocational college in our country. At present, Henan is in the critical period of developing the secondary vocational education, and the talent cultivation characteristic is the main content of the characteristic construction of the secondary vocational college, and it should be one of the most important subjects of the current research on the secondary vocational education in our province. This paper adopts the literature research method, the questionnaire survey method and the interview research method, and takes five vocational colleges in Henan province as the research object, and carries out the construction and research of the talent training characteristic of the middle vocational college in our province. First, from the practical significance of the characteristics of the talent cultivation of the vocational college, it is necessary to demonstrate the urgent need of strengthening the characteristic of the talent training in the secondary vocational college. The construction of the talent training features of the secondary vocational colleges is both the need of the overall development of the secondary vocational and secondary vocational colleges, the needs of the development of the secondary vocational colleges, and the need to adapt the secondary vocational education to the development of the market economy. Secondly, the connotation of the characteristics of the talent training in the middle-and-secondary vocational colleges and universities is fully and systematically studied. This article mainly analyses and explains the characteristics of the target, the characteristics of the course, the characteristics of the teaching, the characteristics of the "double-teacher type", the characteristics of the humanistic education and the characteristics of the education of the starting-up education.
