安徽省某職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院2008～2012年新生體檢結(jié)果分析

【摘要】：目的了解安徽省某職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院2008-2012年大學(xué)新生體質(zhì)健康狀況，為開(kāi)展學(xué)校衛(wèi)生保健工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 方法利用t-檢驗(yàn)、卡方檢驗(yàn)、多因素方差分析等統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法，對(duì)該學(xué)院2008-2012年入學(xué)的新生體格檢查數(shù)據(jù)（身高、體重、血壓、視力等）進(jìn)行分析。 結(jié)果5年參加體檢的入學(xué)新生共14385名，男生8186名，女生6199名，平均年齡為19.5歲。身高值逐年增高，，體重、體質(zhì)指數(shù)、血壓在正常值范圍波動(dòng)。檢出視力不良占63.33%、乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原（HBsAg）陽(yáng)性占4.15%、高血壓占3.55%、丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶（ALT）異常占1.96%、辨色力異常占1.59%、肥胖占1.23%等；各年份新生體檢異常結(jié)果的檢出率相比，視力不良、辨色力異常、高血壓、肥胖、丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶（ALT）異常、胸透異常的檢出率的差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P≤0.05）；各年份乙肝病毒表面抗原（HBsAg）陽(yáng)性檢出率的差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）。各年份新生體檢部分測(cè)量指標(biāo)值（身高、體重、體質(zhì)指數(shù)、血壓）相比，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P≤0.05）。該學(xué)院男生與女生體檢部分測(cè)量指標(biāo)值（身高、體重、體質(zhì)指數(shù)、血壓、HBsAg陽(yáng)性率、ALT異常檢出率、視力不良檢出率等）相比，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P≤0.05）。該學(xué)院漢族與少數(shù)民族（回族、蒙古族、滿族）學(xué)生體檢部分測(cè)量指標(biāo)值（身高、體重、體質(zhì)指數(shù)、血壓）的相比較，身高、體重的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P≤0.05）；體質(zhì)量指數(shù)、收縮壓、舒張壓的差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）；漢族學(xué)生與少數(shù)民族學(xué)生視力不良、辨色力異常、高血壓、肥胖、ALT異常、HBsAg陽(yáng)性、胸透異常檢出率相比，差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）。該學(xué)院不同系別（采礦工程系、通風(fēng)與安全系、煤礦機(jī)電系、經(jīng)濟(jì)管理系、工程管理系、信息電氣與工程系、醫(yī)學(xué)系）新生體檢部分項(xiàng)測(cè)量指標(biāo)值（身高、體重、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)、血壓）的相比較，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P≤0.05）。該學(xué)院煤礦相關(guān)專業(yè)新生與其他專業(yè)新生部分體檢項(xiàng)目測(cè)量值相比，身高、體重、收縮壓、舒張壓、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)的測(cè)量結(jié)果的差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P≤0.05）；煤礦相關(guān)專業(yè)新生與其他專業(yè)新生視力不良、辨色力異常、高血壓、肥胖、ALT異常檢出率相比，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P≤0.05），二者HBsAg陽(yáng)性檢出率、胸透異常檢出率相比，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）。該學(xué)院入學(xué)新生體重過(guò)輕、正常、超重、肥胖所占的比例分別為23.76%、68.91%、6.05%、1.29%，其中體重過(guò)輕學(xué)生所占的比例偏高，尤其是體重過(guò)輕的女生較多（占14.91%）。該學(xué)院不同性別學(xué)生身高、體重與安徽省大學(xué)生身高、體重相比，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P≤0.05）。 結(jié)論該學(xué)院新生體質(zhì)健康狀況總體良好，身體形態(tài)發(fā)育良好，視力不良患病率較高，HBsAg陽(yáng)性、ALT異常、高血壓、辨色力異常、肥胖等也有一定的檢出率，胸透檢查異常結(jié)果檢出率較低。身高值有逐年增高趨勢(shì)，該學(xué)院漢族學(xué)生身高、體重水平低于少數(shù)民族學(xué)生（回族、蒙古族、滿族）。該學(xué)院不同系別新生體檢部分項(xiàng)測(cè)量指標(biāo)（身高、體重、收縮壓、舒張壓、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)）均不同，煤礦相關(guān)專業(yè)體檢部分項(xiàng)測(cè)量指標(biāo)（身高、體重、收縮壓、舒張壓、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)）值均高于其他專業(yè)新生。該學(xué)院入學(xué)新生中體重過(guò)輕學(xué)生所占的比例偏高。該學(xué)院不同性別學(xué)生身高、體重水平均高于安徽省大學(xué)生。
