安徽省某職業(yè)技術學院2008～2012年新生體檢結果分析

【摘要】：目的了解安徽省某職業(yè)技術學院2008-2012年大學新生體質健康狀況，為開展學校衛(wèi)生保健工作提供科學依據(jù)。 方法利用t-檢驗、卡方檢驗、多因素方差分析等統(tǒng)計學方法，對該學院2008-2012年入學的新生體格檢查數(shù)據(jù)（身高、體重、血壓、視力等）進行分析。 結果5年參加體檢的入學新生共14385名，男生8186名，女生6199名，平均年齡為19.5歲。身高值逐年增高，，體重、體質指數(shù)、血壓在正常值范圍波動。檢出視力不良占63.33%、乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原（HBsAg）陽性占4.15%、高血壓占3.55%、丙氨酸氨基轉移酶（ALT）異常占1.96%、辨色力異常占1.59%、肥胖占1.23%等；各年份新生體檢異常結果的檢出率相比，視力不良、辨色力異常、高血壓、肥胖、丙氨酸氨基轉移酶（ALT）異常、胸透異常的檢出率的差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義（P≤0.05）；各年份乙肝病毒表面抗原（HBsAg）陽性檢出率的差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義（P＞0.05）。各年份新生體檢部分測量指標值（身高、體重、體質指數(shù)、血壓）相比，差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義（P≤0.05）。該學院男生與女生體檢部分測量指標值（身高、體重、體質指數(shù)、血壓、HBsAg陽性率、ALT異常檢出率、視力不良檢出率等）相比，差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義（P≤0.05）。該學院漢族與少數(shù)民族（回族、蒙古族、滿族）學生體檢部分測量指標值（身高、體重、體質指數(shù)、血壓）的相比較，身高、體重的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P≤0.05）；體質量指數(shù)、收縮壓、舒張壓的差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義（P＞0.05）；漢族學生與少數(shù)民族學生視力不良、辨色力異常、高血壓、肥胖、ALT異常、HBsAg陽性、胸透異常檢出率相比，差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義（P＞0.05）。該學院不同系別（采礦工程系、通風與安全系、煤礦機電系、經濟管理系、工程管理系、信息電氣與工程系、醫(yī)學系）新生體檢部分項測量指標值（身高、體重、體質量指數(shù)、血壓）的相比較，差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義（P≤0.05）。該學院煤礦相關專業(yè)新生與其他專業(yè)新生部分體檢項目測量值相比，身高、體重、收縮壓、舒張壓、體質量指數(shù)的測量結果的差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義（P≤0.05）；煤礦相關專業(yè)新生與其他專業(yè)新生視力不良、辨色力異常、高血壓、肥胖、ALT異常檢出率相比，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P≤0.05），二者HBsAg陽性檢出率、胸透異常檢出率相比，差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（P＞0.05）。該學院入學新生體重過輕、正常、超重、肥胖所占的比例分別為23.76%、68.91%、6.05%、1.29%，其中體重過輕學生所占的比例偏高，尤其是體重過輕的女生較多（占14.91%）。該學院不同性別學生身高、體重與安徽省大學生身高、體重相比，差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義（P≤0.05）。 結論該學院新生體質健康狀況總體良好，身體形態(tài)發(fā)育良好，視力不良患病率較高，HBsAg陽性、ALT異常、高血壓、辨色力異常、肥胖等也有一定的檢出率，胸透檢查異常結果檢出率較低。身高值有逐年增高趨勢，該學院漢族學生身高、體重水平低于少數(shù)民族學生（回族、蒙古族、滿族）。該學院不同系別新生體檢部分項測量指標（身高、體重、收縮壓、舒張壓、體質量指數(shù)）均不同，煤礦相關專業(yè)體檢部分項測量指標（身高、體重、收縮壓、舒張壓、體質量指數(shù)）值均高于其他專業(yè)新生。該學院入學新生中體重過輕學生所占的比例偏高。該學院不同性別學生身高、體重水平均高于安徽省大學生。
