【摘要】：校企合作雙方對合作認(rèn)知程度低;合作意愿高而實(shí)際合作少;合作層次淺、質(zhì)量低;政策實(shí)施不力、缺乏協(xié)調(diào)平臺等是職業(yè)院校與企業(yè)合作中呈現(xiàn)出的典型問題。主要原因在于:企業(yè)教育傳統(tǒng)中斷引發(fā)合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的缺失,理論研究的偏離與制度安排的偏差,校企合作法律供給不足,合作雙方利益訴求得不到滿足�；庑Ｆ蠛献麟y題,須統(tǒng)籌兼顧、綜合考慮,亟須建立利益實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制,推動(dòng)企業(yè)實(shí)施教育,完善職業(yè)教育法律。
[Abstract]:The low awareness of cooperation between school and enterprise, the high willingness to cooperate and the lack of actual cooperation, the shallow level of cooperation, the low quality, the lack of policy implementation and the lack of coordination platform are the typical problems in the cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises. The main reasons are as follows: the traditional interruption of enterprise education leads to the lack of cooperation experience, the deviation of theoretical research from the institutional arrangement, the lack of legal supply of school-enterprise cooperation, and the lack of satisfaction of the interests of both sides of the cooperation. In order to solve the problem of school-enterprise cooperation, it is necessary to take into account the problem of cooperation between school and enterprise, to consider comprehensively, to establish the mechanism of realizing interests, to promote the implementation of education in enterprises and to perfect the law of vocational education.
