五位對接:高職教育“產教融合”的有效路徑

【摘要】:"產教融合"具有職業(yè)性、區(qū)域性、層次性、互動性和共贏性等主要特征,其基本要求是人才供需融合、人才培養(yǎng)融合、社會服務融合和文化育人融合。高職教育"產教融合"的有效路徑可概括為"五位對接",即將專業(yè)建設、課程建設、師資隊伍建設、實踐平臺建設、人才培養(yǎng)模式改革與區(qū)域產業(yè)、行業(yè)、企業(yè)進行人才培養(yǎng)要素對接。"對接"促進"融合","融合"深化"對接",必將有力提升高職教育服務區(qū)域產業(yè)發(fā)展的能力和提高人才培養(yǎng)的質量。
[Abstract]:The integration of industry and education has the main characteristics of professional, regional, hierarchical, interactive and win-win. Its basic requirements are the integration of supply and demand of talents, the integration of talent training, the integration of social services and the integration of cultural education. The effective path of "integration of industry and education" in higher vocational education can be summarized as "five docking", that is, professional construction, curriculum construction, teacher team construction, practice platform construction, talent training mode reform and regional industry, industry. Enterprises carry out the docking of personnel training elements. " Docking "promoting" integration "and" deepening "docking is bound to effectively improve the ability of higher vocational education to serve regional industrial development and improve the quality of personnel training.
