【摘要】：高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)能力存在一定的不足,具體則表現(xiàn)為部分高職大學(xué)生就業(yè)信心不足、基本工作能力存在弱化的趨勢(shì)、社會(huì)實(shí)踐能力相對(duì)缺乏以及心理調(diào)適能力不高等。高職院校需要將強(qiáng)化大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力工作作為一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工作來(lái)看待,有針對(duì)性地采取措施,以提高學(xué)生的就業(yè)能力。
[Abstract]:There are some shortcomings in the employment ability of higher vocational college students, such as the lack of employment confidence of some higher vocational college students, the weakening trend of basic working ability, the relative lack of social practice ability and the low psychological adjustment ability. Higher vocational colleges need to strengthen the employment ability of college students as a systematic work, and take targeted measures to improve the employment ability of students.
