【摘要】：從剖析目前技能考核過程中存在的問題入手,提出了"校企合作攜手完善高職院校分類考試招生的技能考核方式"的觀點(diǎn);分析了企業(yè)參與改革的可行性及優(yōu)勢(shì);探討了校企合作改進(jìn)技能考核方式的四種形式,希望能為推進(jìn)高職院校分類招考中的技能考核方式的改進(jìn),提供決策參考。
[Abstract]:Starting with the analysis of the existing problems in the process of skills assessment, this paper puts forward the viewpoint of "cooperation between schools and enterprises to improve the skills assessment mode of enrollment for classified examinations in higher vocational colleges", analyzes the feasibility and advantages of enterprises' participation in the reform, and puts forward the following points: 1. This paper probes into four kinds of ways of improving skills assessment by cooperation between universities and enterprises in the hope that it can provide decision-making reference for promoting the improvement of skill assessment in classified recruitment of higher vocational colleges.
