【摘要】：輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍是高職院校教育管理的重要力量,其素質(zhì)的高低會(huì)直接影響航海人才的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。本文以培養(yǎng)提高新時(shí)期航海人才為根本,以提高航海類高職院校輔導(dǎo)員素質(zhì)能力為起點(diǎn)和著眼點(diǎn),在對(duì)部分航海院校進(jìn)行深入調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了輔導(dǎo)員素質(zhì)存在的問題,并對(duì)其原因進(jìn)行了分析,提出了相應(yīng)對(duì)策。 本文主要內(nèi)容主要分為六部分,第一部分為導(dǎo)論部分,介紹輔導(dǎo)員、高職院校、航海教育的基本概念和內(nèi)涵；分析研究航海類高職院校輔導(dǎo)員素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的目的和意義；第二部分為航海類高職院校輔導(dǎo)員素質(zhì)研究的依據(jù),分別從政策法規(guī)、理論依據(jù)、現(xiàn)實(shí)需求三個(gè)層次分析輔導(dǎo)員素質(zhì)研究的依據(jù)。第三部分是對(duì)航海類高職院校輔導(dǎo)員素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,在分析輔導(dǎo)員素質(zhì)構(gòu)成的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)調(diào)查方法、調(diào)查問卷、調(diào)查范圍、調(diào)查對(duì)象進(jìn)行了研究、設(shè)計(jì),在對(duì)天津海運(yùn)職業(yè)學(xué)院和江蘇海事職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院進(jìn)行調(diào)查后,對(duì)調(diào)查進(jìn)行了匯總和統(tǒng)計(jì)；第四部分對(duì)航海類高職院校輔導(dǎo)員從整體素質(zhì)、隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)、人員流動(dòng)、培訓(xùn)提高等方面進(jìn)行了分析；第五部分分析航海類高職院校輔導(dǎo)員素質(zhì)存在問題的原因,分別從政策法規(guī)、思想認(rèn)識(shí)、培訓(xùn)體系、管理等方面分析制約輔導(dǎo)員素質(zhì)提高的因素,第六部分是提高航海類高職院校輔導(dǎo)員素質(zhì)的途徑,分別從制度建設(shè)、選拔考核晉升標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、使用培養(yǎng)管理等方面提出的提高航海類高職院校輔導(dǎo)員素質(zhì)的方法和對(duì)策。 全文通過對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員職責(zé)、航海高職院校學(xué)生素質(zhì)要求與素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)等內(nèi)容的研究,探討航海類高職院校對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員的素質(zhì)要求,了解航海類高職院校輔導(dǎo)員的現(xiàn)狀,提出提高航海類高職院校輔導(dǎo)員素質(zhì)的途徑和方法,可為航海類高職院校建設(shè)體制順暢、職責(zé)明確、整體素質(zhì)水平高的輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍提供借鑒,為院校培養(yǎng)新時(shí)期航海人才提供參考。
[Abstract]:Counselor team is an important force of education management in higher vocational colleges, and its quality will directly affect the training quality of nautical talents. Based on the cultivation and improvement of navigational talents in the new era and the improvement of the quality of counselors in higher vocational colleges of navigation as the starting point and starting point, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality of the counselors on the basis of in-depth investigation of some navigational colleges and universities. The causes are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The main content of this paper is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction part, introduces the basic concept and connotation of counselors, higher vocational colleges, navigation education, analyzes and studies the purpose and significance of the quality training of counselors in navigational higher vocational colleges; The second part is the basis of the research on counselors' quality in higher vocational colleges of navigation, which analyzes the basis of counselors' quality research from three levels: policy and regulation, theoretical basis and realistic demand. The third part is the investigation of the current situation of counselors' quality in navigation vocational colleges. On the basis of analyzing the composition of counselors' qualities, the author researches and designs the investigation methods, questionnaires, investigation scope, investigation objects, and so on. After the investigation of Tianjin Maritime Vocational College and Jiangsu Maritime Vocational and Technical College, the survey was summarized and counted. The fourth part of the navigation vocational college counselors from the overall quality, team structure, staff mobility, training and other aspects of the analysis; The fifth part analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the quality of counselors in navigation vocational colleges, and analyzes the factors restricting the improvement of counselors' quality from the aspects of policies and regulations, ideological understanding, training system, management and so on. The sixth part is the way to improve the quality of counselors in navigational higher vocational colleges, respectively from the aspects of system construction, selection, assessment and promotion standards, the use of training management and other aspects put forward to improve the quality of marine vocational college counselors and countermeasures. Based on the research of counselors' duties, requirements and training of students' quality in navigation higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses the quality requirements of counselors in navigation higher vocational colleges and understands the status quo of counselors in navigation higher vocational colleges. This paper puts forward the ways and methods to improve the quality of counselors in higher vocational colleges of navigation, which can provide reference for the counselors who have smooth system, clear responsibilities and high overall quality in the construction of higher vocational colleges of navigation. Provide reference for colleges and universities to train navigational talents in the new period.
