【摘要】：文化育人是所有教育的必然使命,技術(shù)文化應(yīng)該成為高等技術(shù)(職業(yè))教育文化育人的重要組成部分。對(duì)于技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)來說,需要從文化視閾認(rèn)識(shí)技術(shù)素養(yǎng)的文化內(nèi)涵,以及技術(shù)文化的文化育人作用。技術(shù)的藝術(shù)和科學(xué)價(jià)值與技術(shù)的工作價(jià)值同樣重要,藝術(shù)和科學(xué)能夠讓人們"詩(shī)意地"工作于技術(shù)世界。作為技術(shù)精神文化的核心標(biāo)志,工匠精神需要并必然體現(xiàn)于技術(shù)教育的技術(shù)思維和技術(shù)行為訓(xùn)練之中,體現(xiàn)于對(duì)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)質(zhì)量文化的認(rèn)識(shí)和執(zhí)行過程之中。
[Abstract]:Culture education is the inevitable mission of all education, technology culture should become an important part of higher technology (vocational) education culture education. For the cultivation of technology applied talents, it is necessary to understand the cultural connotation of technological literacy from the cultural perspective, as well as the cultural education role of technological culture. The artistic and scientific value of technology is as important as the working value of technology, which enables people to work in a "poetic" world of technology. As the core symbol of technological spirit culture, craftsman spirit needs and must be reflected in the technical thinking and technical behavior training of technical education, as well as in the understanding and implementation of modern enterprise quality culture.
