【摘要】：校企合作實(shí)質(zhì)上屬于公共關(guān)系學(xué)范疇,從公共關(guān)系學(xué)視域展開研究,可以進(jìn)一步明確校企深度合作的特征,分析出校企合作有生活教育思想引導(dǎo)、組織功能交叉融合、信息互動(dòng)與需求滿足、文化融通與文化育人等深層次生發(fā)機(jī)制,啟示高職校企合作應(yīng)從合作核心、發(fā)展保障、優(yōu)化方法、深化途徑等運(yùn)行機(jī)制進(jìn)行改革。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between schools and enterprises belongs to the category of public relations in essence. The research from the perspective of public relations can further clarify the characteristics of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises, and analyze that school-enterprise cooperation has the guidance of life education thought and the cross-integration of organizational functions. Information interaction and demand satisfaction, cultural integration and cultural education, and other deep-seated birth and development mechanisms, enlighten the cooperation between higher vocational schools and enterprises should be from the core of cooperation, development protection, optimization of methods, deepening the way of the operation of the mechanism reform.
