【摘要】：高等職業(yè)教育是我國高等教育的重要組成部分,承擔(dān)著為國家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展培養(yǎng)高層次應(yīng)用型人才的重大任務(wù)。招生工作是高等職業(yè)院校發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),直接影響高職院校的生存和發(fā)展。加強(qiáng)新形勢下高職院校招生工作研究,對提高高職院校生源質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)高職院�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的意義。論文通過文獻(xiàn)研究、資料查閱、實(shí)地訪談等方式,較為系統(tǒng)地分析了新形勢下高職院校招生面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),客觀分析了我國高職院校的生源危機(jī)、新生報(bào)到率、生源質(zhì)量和招生宣傳等方面存在主要問題及其國家宏觀層面、高職院校自身的內(nèi)外部影響因素,提出了加強(qiáng)新形勢下高職院校的招生策略。論文基于高職院校發(fā)展面臨的新形勢,在總結(jié)梳理我國高職院校招生工作和比較借鑒美國、德國等國外高職院校招生經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,較為系統(tǒng)地提出了新形勢下高職院校的招生策略。一是要完善國家政策制度,加強(qiáng)政策引導(dǎo),完善學(xué)制體系,轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)觀念,為高職院校招好生提供保障;二是要加強(qiáng)高職院校內(nèi)涵建設(shè),明確辦學(xué)定位,凝練辦學(xué)特色,加強(qiáng)師資建設(shè),創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式,提高教育質(zhì)量,以提升高職院校招生競爭力;三是要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新招生渠道,加強(qiáng)宣傳招生隊(duì)伍建設(shè),以擴(kuò)大高職院校的影響力。通過加強(qiáng)以上五個(gè)方面的工作,不斷提升新形勢下高職院校招生工作水平,更好地促進(jìn)我國高職院校的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,為國家培養(yǎng)更多質(zhì)量更高的高層次應(yīng)用型人才。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China, which undertakes the important task of cultivating high-level applied talents for the development of national economy and society. Enrollment is the basis of the development of higher vocational colleges, which directly affects the survival and development of higher vocational colleges. It is of great significance to strengthen the research on enrollment of higher vocational colleges under the new situation to improve the quality of students and promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. By means of literature research, data review and field interview, this paper systematically analyzes the opportunities and challenges facing the enrollment of higher vocational colleges under the new situation, and objectively analyzes the source crisis of students in higher vocational colleges in our country, and the rate of freshmen reporting in the new situation. The main problems existing in the quality of students and the publicity of enrollment and the macro-level of the country, the internal and external factors of the higher vocational colleges themselves, put forward the strategies to strengthen the enrollment of higher vocational colleges under the new situation. Based on the new situation faced by the development of higher vocational colleges, this paper summarizes and combs the recruitment work of higher vocational colleges in China and compares and draws lessons from the experience of higher vocational colleges in the United States, Germany and other foreign countries. This paper systematically puts forward the enrollment strategies of higher vocational colleges under the new situation. First, it is necessary to perfect the national policy system, strengthen the policy guidance, perfect the school system, change the traditional concept, and provide guarantee for the recruitment of students in higher vocational colleges. Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges, clarify the orientation of running schools, refine the characteristics of running schools, strengthen the construction of teachers, innovate the mode of cultivating talents, and improve the quality of education in order to enhance the competitive power of enrollment of higher vocational colleges. Third, it is necessary to innovate the recruitment channels, strengthen the construction of propaganda admissions team, in order to expand the influence of higher vocational colleges. Through strengthening the above five aspects of work, constantly improve the recruitment level of higher vocational colleges under the new situation, better promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges in China, and cultivate more high-quality and higher-level application-oriented talents for the country.
