【摘要】：高職生頂崗實習(xí)滿意度既有利于學(xué)生綜合素養(yǎng)提升,又對學(xué)校與企業(yè)溝通起到良好的促進(jìn)作用,因此,該研究具有較強實踐意義。但實習(xí)生與正式員工相比,又有其特殊之處。本文通過結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對工作本身、薪資福利、人際關(guān)系、個人發(fā)展、管理體系、工作環(huán)境、上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)七個因素對滿意度影響建立假設(shè),同時,驗證實習(xí)滿意度與粘滯知識轉(zhuǎn)移及學(xué)生技能發(fā)展之間相關(guān)性。數(shù)據(jù)表明,薪資福利、個人發(fā)展及管理體系對滿意度影響較大,其滿意度技能發(fā)展呈正相關(guān),但與粘滯知識轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)性不顯著。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational college students' job practice satisfaction is not only conducive to the improvement of students' comprehensive literacy, but also plays a good role in promoting the communication between the school and the enterprise. Therefore, the research has a strong practical significance. But interns have their own special features compared with regular employees. In this paper, the structure equation model is used to establish the hypothesis on the influence of job itself, salary and benefits, interpersonal relationship, personal development, management system, work environment, and superior leadership on satisfaction, and at the same time, Verify the correlation between internship satisfaction and sticky knowledge transfer and students' skills development. The data show that salary and benefits, personal development and management system have great influence on satisfaction, and the development of satisfaction skills is positively correlated with the development of skills, but it is not significantly correlated with the transfer of sticky knowledge.
