【摘要】：頂層設(shè)計(jì)是基于宏觀視角的一種現(xiàn)代管理理念。為滿足現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育對教師人才能力與素養(yǎng)的復(fù)合式增長要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)我國高職教育價(jià)值體系向縱深發(fā)展,需要優(yōu)化配置教師資源,構(gòu)建"雙師型"教師隊(duì)伍頂層設(shè)計(jì)。文章在明晰"雙師型"教師的內(nèi)涵和存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上,就觀念、制度、培養(yǎng)機(jī)制三個(gè)頂層設(shè)計(jì)層面提出相關(guān)建議,為我國"雙師型"人才隊(duì)伍的優(yōu)化建設(shè)提供助力。
[Abstract]:Top-level design is a modern management concept based on macro-perspective. In order to meet the complex growth requirements of modern vocational education on the ability and accomplishment of teachers, and to realize the development of the value system of higher vocational education in China, it is necessary to optimize the allocation of teachers' resources and construct the top-level design of "double-type" teachers. On the basis of clarifying the connotation and existing problems of the "double-qualified" teachers, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions on the top-level design of the concept, system and training mechanism, which will help to optimize the construction of the "double-qualified" talents team in our country.
