【摘要】：改革開放以來，廣東高等職業(yè)教育實現(xiàn)了跨越式發(fā)展，，院校數(shù)量和招生規(guī)模都在不斷擴充,為廣東經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展培養(yǎng)了大量技能型人才，成為廣東經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的有力支撐。然而，隨著廣東省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)水平也不斷提升,高等職業(yè)院校現(xiàn)有的人才培養(yǎng)模式及發(fā)展模式已不適應(yīng)現(xiàn)時期的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要。在廣東高職教育已進入辦學(xué)規(guī)模和招生規(guī)�？焖贁U張的新時期,研究如何使廣東高職院校在注重外延擴張的同時,實現(xiàn)向內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,從而確保高職教育在規(guī)模、結(jié)構(gòu)、質(zhì)量和效益上的協(xié)調(diào),對最終走向可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路具有極其重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 從廣東省高職院校發(fā)展情況來看,辦校規(guī)模不斷擴大,其教育質(zhì)量和特色越來越受到關(guān)注。雖然在近二十年的發(fā)展過程中,廣東省高職院校一直在勇于改革和創(chuàng)新,但是在經(jīng)過快速穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展后,廣東省高職院校校面臨不少問題亟待解決。本文在闡述高職院�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)思想及理論支撐的基礎(chǔ)上，分析廣東高職院校發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，分析廣東省高職院校可持續(xù)發(fā)展的背景以及廣東高職院�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)，探索適合廣東的高職院校的可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路。提出廣東高職院�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展指導(dǎo)思想，從培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)勞動力的能力、推動高職教育持續(xù)發(fā)展的能力、促進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟持續(xù)發(fā)展的能力綜合考量,對廣東高職院�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展進行目標定位,最后從構(gòu)建良性外部環(huán)境支撐系統(tǒng)和內(nèi)部可持續(xù)發(fā)展舉措兩個方向提出了促進廣東高職院校可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Guangdong higher vocational education has achieved great-leap-forward development, the number of colleges and universities and enrollment scale are constantly expanding, for the economic and social development of Guangdong to cultivate a large number of skilled personnel, become a strong support for the economic and social development of Guangdong. However, with the upgrading of the industrial structure of Guangdong Province, the existing talents training mode and development model in higher vocational colleges are no longer suitable for the needs of economic development in the present period. As Guangdong higher vocational education has entered a new period of rapid expansion of school-running scale and enrollment scale, this paper studies how to make Guangdong higher vocational colleges pay attention to the expansion of extension and realize the transformation to the mode of internal development, so as to ensure the scale of higher vocational education. The coordination of structure, quality and benefit is of great practical significance to the road of sustainable development. In view of the development of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province, the educational quality and characteristics of higher vocational colleges have been paid more and more attention. In the past 20 years, higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province have been brave to reform and innovation, but after the rapid and stable development, higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province are faced with many problems to be solved. On the basis of expounding the guiding ideology and theoretical support of the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong. This paper analyzes the background of the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province and the opportunities and challenges faced by the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province, and explores the way of sustainable development of higher vocational colleges suitable for Guangdong. This paper puts forward the guiding ideology of sustainable development of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong, and comprehensively considers the ability of cultivating high-quality labor force, promoting the sustainable development of higher vocational education and promoting the sustainable development of regional economy. This paper aims at the sustainable development of Guangdong higher vocational colleges, and finally puts forward the countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of Guangdong higher vocational colleges from the two directions of constructing benign external environment support system and internal sustainable development measures.
