職業(yè)院校機(jī)械類專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系的問(wèn)題與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:職業(yè)院校培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)是適應(yīng)社會(huì)、行業(yè)企業(yè)需求的應(yīng)用型技能人才,但從當(dāng)前職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)狀來(lái)看,一方面,社會(huì)對(duì)高技能型人才存在著大量的需求,而另一方面,職業(yè)院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難,找不到合適的崗位。這種現(xiàn)象表明我國(guó)職業(yè)院校人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)格和質(zhì)量與社會(huì)對(duì)高技能型人才需求之間還存在一定的偏差,其主要原因在于當(dāng)前職業(yè)教育仍存在“重理論、輕實(shí)踐”的現(xiàn)象,職業(yè)教育理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合、知識(shí)與能力相結(jié)合、課堂與崗位相結(jié)合等方面仍處于較淺的層面,教學(xué)與實(shí)踐仍存在很大差距,培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)與崗位需求脫接。在工作過(guò)程導(dǎo)向模式方面還停留的理論研究領(lǐng)域,還有待進(jìn)行實(shí)踐探索和驗(yàn)證,同時(shí)還有專業(yè)建設(shè)、課程改革、實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方面,還有待進(jìn)一步研究并形成一個(gè)切實(shí)可行的較完整的實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系。 實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系有狹義與廣義之分,狹義的實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系主要指相對(duì)理論教學(xué)體系的實(shí)踐教學(xué)內(nèi)容體系;廣義的實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系是由實(shí)踐教學(xué)活動(dòng)中的各要素構(gòu)成的有機(jī)聯(lián)系整體,具體包含實(shí)踐教學(xué)活動(dòng)的目標(biāo)體系、內(nèi)容體系、管理體系和條件體系等要素。通過(guò)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有的實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系存在許多不足,直接導(dǎo)致職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量無(wú)法滿足崗位的需要,完善機(jī)械類專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系,必須從校企合作、工學(xué)結(jié)合的角度出發(fā),以人為本,動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整實(shí)踐教學(xué)目標(biāo)、改革實(shí)踐教學(xué)內(nèi)容、完善實(shí)踐教學(xué)條件、加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理,將實(shí)踐教學(xué)與生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐緊密結(jié)合起來(lái),才能促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的不斷提高,真正發(fā)揮職業(yè)教育為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)服務(wù)的作用。本論文以機(jī)械類專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)研究為主線,以提高機(jī)械類專業(yè)學(xué)生的專業(yè)技能、崗位適應(yīng)能力、職業(yè)素養(yǎng)為目的,探索適合我國(guó)職業(yè)教育實(shí)情的專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系,以期為職業(yè)教育專業(yè)教學(xué)改革提供可參考的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The aim of training vocational colleges is to adapt to the needs of the society and industry enterprises, but from the current situation of vocational education, on the one hand, there is a large number of social demand for high-skilled talents, on the other hand, there is a great deal of demand from the current situation of vocational education. Vocational college graduates are difficult to find employment, unable to find suitable posts. This phenomenon shows that there is still a certain deviation between the standard and quality of talent training in vocational colleges and the demand of society for highly skilled talents. The main reason is that there is still a phenomenon of "emphasizing theory rather than practice" in current vocational education. The combination of theory and practice of vocational education, the combination of knowledge and ability, and the combination of classroom and post are still on a shallow level. There is still a great gap between teaching and practice, and there is a gap between training objectives and post requirements. At the same time, there are professional construction, curriculum reform, the construction of training base, the construction of teaching staff and so on, which still remain in the field of theoretical research in the aspect of work process-oriented mode, and still need to be explored and verified in practice. We still need to further study and form a practical and complete practical teaching system. The practice teaching system has the narrow sense and the broad sense, the narrow sense practice teaching system mainly refers to the practice teaching content system relative to the theory teaching system; The generalized practical teaching system is an organic whole composed of the various elements in the practical teaching activities, including the objective system, the content system, the management system and the conditional system of the practical teaching activities. Through the investigation, it is found that there are many deficiencies in the existing practical teaching system, which directly leads to the quality of vocational education personnel training unable to meet the needs of the post. To perfect the practical teaching system of mechanical specialty, we must cooperate from the school to the enterprise. From the angle of combination of work and study, people-oriented, dynamic adjustment of practical teaching objectives, reform of practical teaching contents, improvement of practical teaching conditions, strengthening of practical teaching management, close combination of practical teaching and production practice, In order to promote the continuous improvement of the teaching quality of vocational education, we can really play the role of vocational education in serving the economy and society. The purpose of this thesis is to improve the professional skills, post adaptability and professional accomplishment of mechanical majors, and to explore a practical teaching system suitable for the reality of vocational education in China, with the main line of practical teaching research of mechanical majors and the purpose of improving the professional skills, post adaptability and professional accomplishment of the students of mechanical majors. In order to provide a reference basis for the vocational education major teaching reform.
