【摘要】：文章采用比較分析的方法,將英國學徒制系統(tǒng)與德國的雙元制進行比較研究。2008年以來,由于受到金融危機和經(jīng)濟衰退的影響,英國一直努力推動和擴大學徒制。文章闡述了英國近年來學徒制發(fā)展的進程;比較了英國與德國學徒制的質(zhì)量;探討了經(jīng)濟衰退對學徒制培訓機會的影響。認為與德國學徒制培訓的"黃金標準"相比,英國的學徒就業(yè)狀況已有所改善;在學徒制培訓參與度和完成率方面,兩國之間的差距已明顯縮小。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a comparative study between the British apprenticeship system and the dual system in Germany by means of comparative analysis. Since 2008, Britain has been making great efforts to promote and expand the apprenticeship system because of the influence of the financial crisis and economic recession. This paper expounds the development of the apprenticeship system in Britain in recent years, compares the quality of the apprenticeship system in Britain and Germany, and probes into the influence of the economic recession on the training opportunities of the apprenticeship system. Compared with the "golden standard" of apprenticeship training in Germany, the employment situation of apprenticeship in Britain has been improved, and the gap between the two countries in terms of participation and completion rate of apprenticeship training has been significantly narrowed.
