不同類型高職院校間學(xué)分互認(rèn)機(jī)制探析

【摘要】:學(xué)分互認(rèn)是促進(jìn)高等教育多元化發(fā)展、充分利用教育資源的重要途徑,也是高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)活力彰顯的表現(xiàn)。我國的學(xué)分制改革已進(jìn)入關(guān)鍵性階段,需建立適合國情、規(guī)范合理的學(xué)分互認(rèn)系統(tǒng)。文章首先分析了不同類型高職院校間學(xué)分互認(rèn)機(jī)制建設(shè)的可行性。然后闡述了高職學(xué)分互認(rèn)的實(shí)施模式:輔修專業(yè)培養(yǎng)合作、跨校選課、課程免修、學(xué)生校際交流。接著論述了高職課程互選和學(xué)分互認(rèn)存在的問題:國家層面的支持性政策不多;課程類型相對單一,可選范圍比較小;高等教育領(lǐng)域?qū)W分互認(rèn)的范圍有待擴(kuò)大;尚未形成完善的硬性選擇、認(rèn)可機(jī)制。最后提出了不同類型高職院校間學(xué)分互認(rèn)策略:拓展校際學(xué)分互認(rèn)的廣度;健全和開放高職學(xué)分制,提高高職院校對學(xué)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的認(rèn)識;編制可操作、高效的學(xué)分互認(rèn)程序;構(gòu)建規(guī)范的教育信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Credit mutual recognition is an important way to promote the diversified development of higher education and make full use of educational resources. It is also a manifestation of the vitality of higher education institutions. The reform of credit system in our country has entered a critical stage. It is necessary to establish a credit mutual recognition system which is suitable for the national conditions and standardized and reasonable. First of all, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the establishment of credit mutual recognition mechanism among different types of higher vocational colleges. Then expounds the implementation mode of credit mutual recognition in higher vocational colleges: minor major training cooperation, cross-school course selection, curriculum exemption, student-to-school exchange. Then it discusses the problems existing in the mutual selection of higher vocational curriculum and credit mutual recognition: there are not many supporting policies at the national level; the curriculum type is relatively single and the optional range is relatively small; the scope of credit mutual recognition in the field of higher education needs to be expanded; Has not yet formed the perfect hard choice, the recognition mechanism. Finally, the strategies of credit mutual recognition among different types of higher vocational colleges are put forward: expanding the breadth of inter-college credit mutual recognition; perfecting and opening up the credit system of higher vocational colleges to improve the understanding of credit standards in higher vocational colleges; compiling operable and efficient credit mutual recognition procedures; To construct a standardized educational information service system.
