【摘要】：本文依托學(xué)校與華晨寶馬的合作項(xiàng)目,在共建寶馬培訓(xùn)基地的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)人才培養(yǎng)模式的改革、培養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定、教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)的創(chuàng)新和企業(yè)化"雙師"教才團(tuán)隊(duì)的打造等,探索融教、學(xué)、訓(xùn)為一體,構(gòu)建校企"雙元"交替培養(yǎng),學(xué)歷教育與社會(huì)培訓(xùn)"雙輪"驅(qū)動(dòng)的育人體系,并闡述育人體系在實(shí)踐中的運(yùn)行及所取得的成效——學(xué)生成才、教師成長(zhǎng)、高質(zhì)量辦學(xué)、企業(yè)獲得滿意員工、多方互惠共贏。
[Abstract]:This article relies on the cooperation project between the school and brilliance BMW, on the basis of establishing the BMW training base together, through the reform of the talent training mode, the establishment of the training standard, the innovation of teaching evaluation and the creation of the enterprise-oriented "double division" teaching talent team, etc. This paper explores the integration of teaching, learning and training, constructs the education system driven by education and social training, and expounds the operation of the education system in practice and its effect on the development of students. Teacher growth, high-quality school, enterprises to obtain satisfactory staff, mutual benefit and win-win.
