【摘要】：文章通過問卷調(diào)查,從四個緯度來了解中職生職業(yè)適應(yīng)障礙,并提出突破職業(yè)適應(yīng)性障礙的策略,以提高中職生的就業(yè)能力,提升其就業(yè)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper tries to find out the obstacles of vocational adaptation of secondary vocational school students from four aspects, and puts forward some strategies to break through the barriers of vocational adaptability, so as to improve the employability and the quality of employment of vocational students.
