加拿大職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量管理及對(duì)我國(guó)的啟示

【摘要】:本文以北美最具代表的加拿大職業(yè)教育體系為例,從教育管理部門(mén)對(duì)職業(yè)教育學(xué)院的管理、職業(yè)院校內(nèi)部的質(zhì)量管理、職業(yè)教育投資績(jī)效研究等方面,對(duì)加拿大職業(yè)教育的質(zhì)量管理框架進(jìn)行了分析介紹,并為我國(guó)職業(yè)教育開(kāi)展質(zhì)量管理、提高應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量提供了有益的參考。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Canada's vocational education system, which is the most representative in North America, as an example, from the aspects of the management department's management of vocational education college, the internal quality management of vocational college, the performance research of vocational education investment, etc. This paper analyzes and introduces the quality management framework of Canadian vocational education, and provides a useful reference for China's vocational education to carry out quality management and improve the quality of applied talents training.
