【摘要】：智能制造,正在引發(fā)產(chǎn)業(yè)變革和形成新的業(yè)態(tài)模式。"中國制造2025"對技術技能人才的創(chuàng)新精神、工匠精神、信息化素養(yǎng)、專業(yè)復合性都提出更高的要求。高等職業(yè)教育要通過打造高水平雙師素質教師隊伍,緊密圍繞重點領域調整專業(yè)結構,擴大現(xiàn)代學徒制試點項目規(guī)模,加強產(chǎn)教深度融合實訓平臺建設,推進信息化教學改革,引入國際認證接軌國際標準等措施,提高人才培養(yǎng)質量,提升服務"中國制造2025"的能力和服務經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的水平。
[Abstract]:Intelligent manufacturing is leading to industrial transformation and forming a new mode of business. "made in China" puts forward higher requirements for the innovation spirit, craftsman spirit, information literacy and professional compounding of technical and technical talents. Higher vocational education should build a contingent of teachers with high quality and double teachers, adjust the professional structure closely around the key fields, expand the scale of the pilot project of modern apprenticeship system, strengthen the construction of practical training platform for the deep integration of production and teaching, and promote the reform of informational teaching. Introducing international certification to meet international standards and other measures to improve the quality of talent training, to enhance the ability to serve "made in China 2025" and to serve the level of economic and social development.
