中高職貫通招生模式的公平性審視

【摘要】:影響中高職貫通招生模式公平性的主要因素有:招生生源對象的"定向性"、結(jié)對掛鉤方式的"市場性"和招生專業(yè)安排的"泛化性"等。促進中高職貫通招生公平要加強統(tǒng)籌管理和分類指導(dǎo):一是進行院校分類,明確五年制職業(yè)教育的舉辦主體;二是注重區(qū)域均衡,統(tǒng)籌中高職貫通招生結(jié)對掛鉤方式;三是嚴(yán)格專業(yè)分類,統(tǒng)一制訂五年制職業(yè)教育的專業(yè)目錄;四是遵循教育規(guī)律,科學(xué)制定五年制職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)方案。
[Abstract]:The main factors that affect the fairness of the admission mode are the orientation of the students, the marketability of the twinning and the generalization of the professional arrangement of the enrollment and so on. It is necessary to strengthen the overall management and classification guidance to promote the fairness of enrollment in middle and higher vocational colleges: first, to classify colleges and universities, to make clear the main body of the five-year vocational education, second, to pay attention to regional balance, and to coordinate the twinning way of enrollment in middle and higher vocational colleges. The third is to strictly classify the major and to make the professional catalogue of the five-year vocational education in a unified way, and the fourth is to follow the educational law and scientifically formulate the plan for the training of talents in the five-year vocational education.
