【摘要】：職業(yè)院校是我國新型智庫建設(shè)的重要力量,但目前所發(fā)揮的效用有限且數(shù)量較少。文章以建設(shè)新型智庫的基本理念為導(dǎo)向,分析了職業(yè)院校新型智庫建設(shè)的價值及優(yōu)勢,從符合教育事業(yè)發(fā)展需求、順應(yīng)社會發(fā)展趨勢、是科學(xué)發(fā)展的必由路徑、能夠促進人才交流和挖掘人才效用以及倒逼體制機制創(chuàng)新五個方面探究了職業(yè)院校新型智庫建設(shè)的可行性。
[Abstract]:Vocational colleges are an important force in the construction of new think-tanks in China, but the effectiveness of them is limited and few. Guided by the basic idea of building a new type of think-tank, this paper analyzes the value and advantages of the construction of a new type of think-tank in vocational colleges and universities. It is the necessary path for scientific development to meet the needs of the development of education and to conform to the trend of social development. This paper probes into the feasibility of constructing a new type of think-tank in vocational colleges from five aspects, which can promote the exchange of talents and exploit the utility of talents and force the innovation of system and mechanism.
