【摘要】：隨著職業(yè)教育改革的不斷深化,我國現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的頂層設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)基本完成,但其運(yùn)行問題仍未解決。提高人才綜合素質(zhì)、打造現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育"立交橋"、滿足個(gè)體多樣化發(fā)展需求,都需要解決現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的運(yùn)行問題�，F(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵在于幫助學(xué)習(xí)者實(shí)現(xiàn)在各級各類教育中的轉(zhuǎn)換,打通各個(gè)體系間升學(xué)、轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)與返學(xué)的通道。為了破解現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系運(yùn)行不暢的癥結(jié),必須建立系統(tǒng)的生涯規(guī)劃與指導(dǎo)體系,加強(qiáng)對學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)力評估與考核,并完善相關(guān)的配套機(jī)制與保障制度。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of vocational education reform, the top level design of modern vocational education system in China has been basically completed, but its operation problem has not been solved. It is necessary to solve the operation problems of modern vocational education system in order to improve the comprehensive quality of talents, build the "overpass" of modern vocational education and meet the needs of individual diversified development. The key to the operation of modern vocational education system lies in helping learners to realize the conversion in all levels and kinds of education, and to open up the channels for further education, transfer and return to school among different systems. In order to solve the crux of the malfunction of modern vocational education system, it is necessary to establish a systematic career planning and guidance system, to strengthen the evaluation and assessment of learners' academic ability, and to perfect the relevant supporting mechanism and guarantee system.
