【摘要】：自2014年國務院頒布《國務院關于加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育的決定》,《國務院關于推進文化創(chuàng)意和設計服務與相關產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的若干意見》以來,中央的一系列利好政策給中等職業(yè)教育帶來了一個難得的發(fā)展機會,中等職業(yè)教育在我國的職業(yè)教育體系中扮演著越來越重要的角色。中等職業(yè)學校主要是向社會輸送兩類人才:一類是具有較高素質(zhì)的勞動者;另一類是技能型人才。這兩類人才都與社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展存在著緊密的聯(lián)系。我國的中職美術專業(yè)教育總體上是東南部經(jīng)濟發(fā)達地區(qū)發(fā)展較好,而中西部地區(qū)在發(fā)展的過程中則出現(xiàn)了諸多的問題。皖北地區(qū)地處安徽北部屬于經(jīng)濟欠發(fā)達地區(qū),就教育方面而言,中職學校的美術教育主要存在著教育模式、教學內(nèi)容、師資力量、實踐就業(yè)等方面的問題,對其美術職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了不利影響。為了探討其美術教育的質(zhì)量提升對策,筆者選取皖北地區(qū)的中職學校為調(diào)研對象。本文采用文獻研究、調(diào)查研究、分析提煉調(diào)查結(jié)果等方法,探討皖北地區(qū)中等職業(yè)學校實施美術教育人才培養(yǎng)體系的具體方法,對當前皖北地區(qū)中等職業(yè)學校美術類專業(yè)學生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的狀況進行分析和思考,同時給出了相應的改進策略。通過一系列的研究,填補了目前皖北地區(qū)中等職業(yè)學校美術教育現(xiàn)狀與質(zhì)量提升對策研究的空白,為之后更深入的研究皖北中職學校的美術教育提供了一個參考。希望本研究能夠?qū)ν畋钡貐^(qū)中職學校美術類專業(yè)教育的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生積極的影響,并為中職美術專業(yè)教育在新形勢下的發(fā)展提供契機與幫助。
[Abstract]:Since the State Council promulgated the State Council's decision on accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education in 2014, and the State Council's views on promoting the integration of cultural creativity and design services with related industries, A series of favorable policies of the central government have brought a rare opportunity for the development of secondary vocational education, which plays an increasingly important role in China's vocational education system. The secondary vocational school mainly conveys two kinds of talents to the society: one is the laborer with higher quality and the other is the skilled talent. These two kinds of talents are closely related to the development of social economy. In general, the middle vocational art major education in our country is better developed in the southeast, but there are many problems in the process of development in the central and western regions. As far as education is concerned, the fine arts education in secondary vocational schools has many problems, such as educational model, teaching content, teachers' strength, practical employment and so on. To its fine arts vocational education development has produced the unfavorable influence. In order to discuss the countermeasures of improving the quality of art education, the author chooses the secondary vocational schools in northern Anhui as the research object. By means of literature research, investigation and analysis of the results of the investigation, this paper discusses the specific methods of implementing the art education personnel training system in secondary vocational schools in the north of Anhui Province. This paper analyzes and ponders on the training quality of art major students in middle vocational schools in north Anhui, and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies. Through a series of studies, filled in the current situation of secondary vocational schools in Anhui Province and quality improvement of the gap in the study of countermeasures for the further study of the North Anhui vocational schools of fine arts education to provide a reference. It is hoped that this study will have a positive impact on the development of fine arts major education in vocational schools in northern Anhui, and provide opportunities and help for the development of art major education in vocational schools under the new situation.
