【摘要】：近些年，在高等教育高速發(fā)展的契機(jī)下我國的高職教育也了較快的發(fā)展，，這支高技能人才培養(yǎng)基地對推動(dòng)我國高等“大眾化教育”及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展已顯現(xiàn)出它的巨大作用。然而，隨著高職院校在校生人數(shù)的不斷增多,各地高職院校紛紛進(jìn)行改擴(kuò)建，高職院校在發(fā)展的同時(shí)也面臨著前所未有的問題。為了解決在發(fā)展壯大過程中對于人才的管理的問題，各高職院校紛紛開展對人力資源發(fā)展的研究。如何做好高職院校的人力資源管理工作,以適應(yīng)新形勢的需要,是擺在各高職院校面前的一項(xiàng)迫切而重要的新課題。 本文在對國內(nèi)外高校人力資源戰(zhàn)略理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上，對我國高職院校人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題及其成因進(jìn)行具體分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上，以A高職院校人力資源戰(zhàn)略制定為例，通過對A高職院校的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行SWOT分析，研究了A院校現(xiàn)有人力資源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，給出了面向新世紀(jì)的A高職院校人力資源戰(zhàn)略的愿景，目標(biāo)和具體規(guī)劃，力圖為高職院校的發(fā)展提供科學(xué)的對策建議。研究成果對同類高職院校人力資源管理發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略有一定借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the higher vocational education in our country has also developed rapidly under the opportunity of the rapid development of higher education. This training base of high-skilled talents has shown its great effect on promoting the higher "mass education" and the economic development of our country. However, with the increasing number of students in higher vocational colleges and universities, higher vocational colleges have to carry out the expansion and transformation, while the development of vocational colleges is also facing unprecedented problems. In order to solve the problem of talent management in the process of development and expansion, higher vocational colleges have carried out research on human resources development. How to do well the human resource management in higher vocational colleges to meet the needs of the new situation is an urgent and important new topic in front of each higher vocational college. On the basis of the research on the theory of human resource strategy in colleges and universities at home and abroad, this paper makes a concrete analysis of the present situation, problems and causes of human resource management in higher vocational colleges in China. On this basis, taking the human resource strategy of A higher vocational college as an example, through the SWOT analysis of the internal and external environment of A higher vocational college, this paper studies the advantages and disadvantages of the existing human resources development strategy in A higher vocational college. This paper gives the vision, goal and concrete plan of the human resource strategy of A higher vocational college facing the new century, and tries to provide scientific countermeasures and suggestions for the development of higher vocational college. The research results have certain reference significance to the development strategy of human resource management in the same vocational colleges.
