企業(yè)學院視閾下共育高職生“匠心”的創(chuàng)新實踐

【摘要】:校企協(xié)同共育"匠心"已飆升為高職教育的一大熱點。作為行業(yè)企業(yè)一線人才供給側(cè)改革的創(chuàng)新舉措之一,企業(yè)學院搭建起校企深度融合的一大平臺,或?qū)I(yè)共設(shè)、或人才共育、或?qū)嵱柟矒⒒螯h團共建、或文化共融、或優(yōu)勢共享,合力鑄就學生精益求精的職業(yè)素養(yǎng),"客戶高于一切"的價值取向,對產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)追求完美的行為表現(xiàn),把手上的事做實做細做到極致。新生入學是培育"匠心"的黃金期,課堂是培育"匠心"的關(guān)鍵點,實習實訓是培育"匠心"的主陣地,企業(yè)文化是培育"匠心"的催化劑。
[Abstract]:The cooperation of school and enterprise has become a hot spot in higher vocational education. As one of the innovative measures of the supply-side reform of the first-line talents in the industry and enterprises, the enterprise colleges set up a major platform for the deep integration of the schools and enterprises, or the establishment of the major, the co-cultivation of talents, the co-construction of the Party and the caucus, or the integration of culture. Or advantage sharing, work together to cast students' professional literacy, "customer above all" value orientation, the pursuit of product or service perfect behavior performance, do the best thing on hand. The entrance of new students is the golden period of cultivating "craftsman's heart", the classroom is the key point of cultivating "craftsman's heart", the practice training is the main position of cultivating "craftsman's heart", and the enterprise culture is the catalyst of cultivating "craftsman's heart".
