【摘要】：文章首先論述了職業(yè)院校學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題。然后闡述了基于職業(yè)教育的創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師服務(wù)體系的內(nèi)涵及構(gòu)建的意義。接著分析了基于職業(yè)教育的創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師服務(wù)體系構(gòu)建面臨的困境:缺乏專(zhuān)業(yè)的創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì),缺乏構(gòu)建創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師服務(wù)體系的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和認(rèn)識(shí),創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師服務(wù)平臺(tái)建設(shè)還不健全。最后提出了構(gòu)建基于職業(yè)教育的創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師服務(wù)體系的有效路徑:創(chuàng)新職業(yè)院校用人機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)高水平創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè);完善創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系,將創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師服務(wù)貫穿人才培養(yǎng)全過(guò)程;搭建科學(xué)有效的服務(wù)平臺(tái),促進(jìn)創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師服務(wù)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制的建立。
[Abstract]:This paper first discusses the current situation and problems of students' entrepreneurship in vocational colleges and universities. Then it expounds the connotation and significance of the service system of entrepreneurship tutor based on vocational education. Then it analyzes the difficulties faced by the construction of entrepreneurial mentor service system based on vocational education: the lack of professional entrepreneurial mentor service team, the lack of experience and understanding of the construction of entrepreneurial mentor service system, and the construction of entrepreneurial mentor service platform is not perfect. Finally, it puts forward the effective way to construct the service system of entrepreneurial mentors based on vocational education: innovating the employment mechanism of vocational colleges and strengthening the construction of high-level entrepreneurial mentors; Improve the education system of entrepreneurship, run through the whole process of personnel training, build a scientific and effective service platform, promote the establishment of a long-term mechanism of entrepreneurial mentor service.
