【摘要】：高等職業(yè)教育是我國職業(yè)教育的后起之秀,是職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的必然趨勢,是適應我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對人才的多層次需要而必然產(chǎn)生的,也是我國高等教育的重要組成部分。 新時期,在黨中央的高度重視下,雖然我國高等職業(yè)教育黨建工作取得了一定的成績,尤其是在高職院校學生黨組織政治核心作用、學生黨員數(shù)量等方面有了顯著提高。但是,隨著當前國內(nèi)對高職院校的政策不斷變化以及高職院校自身不斷改革發(fā)展,我國高職院校黨組織黨建工作面臨著重大挑戰(zhàn),尤其在如何發(fā)揮高職院校學生黨員先鋒模范作用方面更是有許多問題尚待解決。 本文通過四部分對高職學生黨員先鋒模范作用發(fā)揮情況進行了深入探討。第一部分引言部分,詳細闡述了本文選題的背景和意義,研究方法及創(chuàng)新之處,并以研究問題為中心,對當前國內(nèi)研究概況進行了相應的梳理與評述。第二部分為第二章,從高職學生黨員先鋒模范作用的基本內(nèi)涵,到充分發(fā)揮黨員先鋒模范作用的重要性,以及高職黨員先鋒模范作用發(fā)揮的基本標準的探討三個方面。第三部分為第三章,首先通過對調(diào)查問卷的數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,從而得出現(xiàn)行高職學生黨員先鋒模范作用發(fā)揮所取得的成績和遇到的困難。再正對高職學生黨員先鋒模范作用發(fā)揮的出現(xiàn)的問題進行原因分析,為進一步筆者提出改善意見做準備。第四部分為第四章,在文章前述的基礎上,結合高職學生黨員自身特點,從高職學生黨員先鋒模范意識、具體實施途徑平臺搭建、黨支部相關管制度三個方面,系統(tǒng)的提出了加強和改善高職學生黨員先鋒模范作用發(fā)揮的對策。文章主要的創(chuàng)新點體現(xiàn)在對為新時期開拓和創(chuàng)新大學生黨建工作搭建了新的平臺,提供了新的思路。通過大學生黨員先鋒模范作用的發(fā)揮,從而引領和帶動廣大青年學生在政治、學習、工作和生活上全方位地得到提升。為實現(xiàn)大學生自我教育、自我管理、自我服務、自我提高的長效教育模式提供了一條行之有效的路徑。為加強和改進大學生思想政治教育注入了新的活力。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is the rising star of vocational education in our country. It is the inevitable trend of the development of vocational education. It is necessary to meet the multi-level needs of talents in the economic development of our country. It is also an important part of higher education in our country. In the new period, with the high attention of the Party Central Committee, although the Party building of higher vocational education in our country has made certain achievements, especially in the higher vocational college students party organization and political core role, the number of student party members has been significantly improved. However, with the continuous changes of the domestic policy towards higher vocational colleges and the continuous reform and development of higher vocational colleges themselves, the party building work of party organizations in higher vocational colleges in our country is facing major challenges. Especially, there are many problems to be solved in how to give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of student Party members in higher vocational colleges. This article through four parts to the vocational college student party member vanguard model function exerts the situation to carry on the thorough discussion. The first part introduces the background and significance of this paper, research methods and innovations, and take the research problem as the center, the current domestic research situation has been combed and commented accordingly. The second part is the second chapter, from the basic connotation of the vanguard exemplary role of the Party members of higher vocational college students, to the importance of giving full play to the exemplary role of the Party members, and the discussion of the basic standards of the exemplary role of the Party members in the higher vocational colleges. The third part is the third chapter. Firstly, through the analysis of the data of the questionnaire, we can get the achievements and difficulties of the vanguard and exemplary role of the students Party members in higher vocational colleges. Then it analyzes the causes of the problems of the vanguard and exemplary role played by the student Party members in higher vocational colleges, so as to prepare the author for further suggestions for improvement. The fourth part is the fourth chapter. On the basis of the above mentioned article, combining with the characteristics of the students' Party members in higher vocational colleges, from three aspects: the vanguard exemplary consciousness of the students' Party members in higher vocational colleges, the concrete implementation platform, the related management system of the Party branch, The countermeasures of strengthening and improving the vanguard and exemplary role of party members in higher vocational colleges are put forward systematically. The main innovation of this paper is to set up a new platform for the development and innovation of the Party building work of college students in the new period and to provide a new way of thinking. By giving full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of the Party members of college students, we can lead and promote the young students in politics, study, work and life. It provides an effective way to realize the long-term education mode of college students' self-education, self-management, self-service and self-improvement. In order to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students into a new vitality.
